I love the convenience of coming in to just grab pet supplies and not having to stand in a long grocery store line. The employees usually know exactly where the product you are looking for is located so you can be in and out in minutes. I appreciate that there is almost always a replacement that fits your needs if they are out of what you want and that friendly pets are welcome inside.

I love the baths there I always buy the coins in bulk it really does come in handy when you have a dog that sees a puddle and it charges at it like it's a squirrel with a fresh steak in its mouth lol

We all know how hard it can be finding the perfect food for our FurBabies. I honestly didn’t know what to ask for or how to ask, but Matthew was sooo helpful and informative he made things sooo easy for me being able to relate of having a furbaby as well. He has great customer service skills, a beautiful energy aura I cannot describe. He made things so easy for me, he showed me many options and we had many laughs as well. Please give him a raise because he absolutely deserves it. One of the best workers I’ve ran into in a while!!! Great job Matthew!!!

It's a good place to clean your dog =) lots of towels if you have the joy of having a long hair dog xD

This is a great store. They don't carry junk food; you can trust that what you're buying is top quality from reliable sources. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it. You can be sure that they check out all of the vendors & their ingredients. Great place for a dog wash. They are involved with the pet community and care about animals!

Everything about this company is overpriced. Puppy pads at Safeway next door is $6-$12 for a 100 pack, as for PFE stores sell them for minium of $30 for a 100 pack. The workers at this store are competent, wonderful, and friendly, though.

I am in this store almost weekly because our puppy has had stomach issues with certain foods since we got him in November. The staff has been very helpful on each visit regardless of my many questions. The exchange and return policy is also very speedy and efficient.
