One of the garbage laundry place. I lost my $8.75 there was no one to help me out .please don't lose your money .this place need to be reported to city or lawsuit. What wastage of time and money.

Dryers dont even dry it’s really hard to dry and wash when all the machines are out of service not even the number of this place works its bad

Just terrible. I had to rely on a laundromat since my own washing machine is currently damaged. First, the bill to quarter exchange machines would not take my bills no matter how much I straightened them out. So I had to use the mobile pay system which is just awful. It took forever to connect and adding quarters to use the dryer is not clear and is much more inconvenient than using physical money. Also, this place is far too expensive for the washers and dryers to not properly work. I’ve used laundromats before and drying clothes has never taken me 45+ minutes and for two pairs of jeans to still be damp. If you’re in need of a laundromat, seek a better one elsewhere.

This has been my spot for laundry since a couple of years. I remember when the place was like a break room for homeless people and smelled nasty. The good part is that now it looks better and the best part is that we don’t need cash anymore for laundry. The automatic payment is just a blessing. Imagine inserting 36 coins for a wash and then the coins getting stuck??. I hope they can keep the place clean and safe. Happy holidays.

Perfect place for homeless people. You don't feel safe at night. Very dirty and poor management. I was there and homeless people were smoking weed inside the laundry room. This place is very very dirty and Dusty. There is no place to wash your hands. No restroom. And the laundry service is kind of expensive. Please hire someone to maintain at least basic cleaning. Hope to see some improvement…!

My washer went out a few days ago and I needed to get my kid's clothes clean for school, decided to try this place since they were under new owners because last time I went I had issues with the whole experience there. Come to find out this places new owners did this shit up. They have a new machine system so no bag quarters to carry in, which for me is everything because I rarely have cash or change. I actually met the new owners while there, they were really nice and told me about all the upgrades they have done including laundry services ( that I plan on using until I can get my washer fixed) they has music playing and the place was actually really clean. Over all best experience I've ever had at a laundromat.

One Stop Laundromat's wash and fold service is a lifesaver and so easy to use! My washer went out and I found this laundromat on yelp. I called the number to ask a few questions and the owner mentioned that they also provide wash and fold service so I made an appointment to drop off. They weighed my clothes, and then I paid and picked up my clean folded clothes. The process is so simple! The place was well kept and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back to use this service for my comforters this winter.

I have been here 3 times and the dryers never completely dry my load, this last time I had put extra time and somehow the small load was still soaked after 36 minutes. I'm not sure if someone is stopping the cycle or if the lent traps are full or if the machines just don't work but I'm not coming back.

New Owners! Walked in and immediately noticed the difference. The machines are clean, the floors are clean and there is an overall feeling of fresh. Can't wait for the new contactless payment option!
