Th new location is not as good as the old one. Way too many clothes. Not enough of the stuff that brought me into Marshall’s. Home goods, kids toys and books. Just too many clothes. And the skincare stuff is way lower quality since it moved, they don’t have good brands anymore.

I was very impressed. How big and clean the store is the excellent location in El Cerrito plaza. I am an average shopper at Marshalls and so far this is the best Marshalls in the East Bay.

The prices are very good, the detail is that sometimes people leave things messy, especially in the shoe area, there should be some sign that says: "Please help us keep order", it wouldn't hurt.

This morning I was looking for help so I asked this lady with glasses and a ponytail and she looked at me smacked her lips and went to the back room. That is very unprofessional and very bad for the company. I love going to Marshalls but not when I’m getting treated like that. I am thankful for the lady’s on the floor stocking clothing and the cashier they both ended up very bring extremely nice!!!

It used to be a bed bath and beyond pre COVID. Love the large new space for compared to the Marshalls that closed in San Pablo that was smaller. Similarly laid out, but much more spacious and organized so it's a lot easier to navigate. Each time I've gone the lines are long but moves a long fast, so be prepared. Got some great finds: Zara toddler sandals for just $7 when on their website it was almost $30 and just snagged a pair of suede Puma for $25 originally for $75. You can find some fun snacks too! I bought Calpak large luggages too from here for quite a deal!

Went just to check out this new store, and it looks great. We didn't buy anything, but I will say that it's a much friendlier store than the nearby Ross that makes you feel like a criminal for just wanting to go inside.

New location. The area seems like the same as the old location but because of the high ceiling, the space just seems larger. This new location seems like an improvement.

This was the Marshalls on San Pablo in El Cerrito that just moved to the EC Plaza & opened on 4/18/24. Overall it’s MUCH bigger than the other one, with bigger selections in every category. Shoes, clothes, dresses, home decor, furnishings, etc etc— all have a lot more inventory than the other location. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Grand opening was amazing they had a strong team that keep the store neat constantly, they offered a cart when my cart was full which I appreciated very much. As i was putting my stuff back on my car and taking the cart back an employee offered to the cart for me. Such amazing customer service and store was very well stocked lots of items that i have been struggling to find. Major selection of hello kitty items.

Purchased a "sports top" the day before. Wore it for one hour, the stitches are already open. Found the tag and the reciept, called in they still refuse to exchange it, cuz it is "used". Abysmal quality and a dead store, wont come back again.
