“I am very happy I found this place. I had a specialized folded business card that was designed for me years ago by another company "X" and I was always able to reorder. However, starting 2 years ago, I had difficulty trying to contact them after leaving countless phone messages and emails from that company "X" I did get a hold of someone after trying to reach them for 2 months, and had them restock my letterhead. Then when I needed to restock my letterhead again, I called numerous times and left numerous emails, and never received any response from them. I went to another online printing company "V" to reproduce and print my letterhead. But when I contacted that company "V" to see if they reproduce my business card, sadly they said they do not do folded business cards. I tried again to reach the original company that designed my business card and finally reached a live person (after almost a year of trying). He told me company "X" had a complete personnel turnover and they got rid of most of the files of the previous clients. I then contacted AlphaGraphics after a search online and sent Jeff a sample of my business card. Jeff was very responsive and they were able to reproduce my folded business card. Thank you Jeff and AlphGraphics.”

“Awesome service and amazing turnaround. Needed to have two plates ready and they got it done within the next day. Prices were reasonable, especially compared to other stores that did plate engravings. I will warn that parking is abysmal in this area so it's definitely hit or miss. I went during lunch time and fortunately there spots alokg the sides of the street. But otherwise service was fantastic and I will come here again for sure.”

He took the time to help me with details while juggling other jobs. An hour later, I was back and it was all packaged and ready to go. Warm human interaction - AI will never replace that. “Absolutely amazing customer service I received today from Jason! I was in a panic because I had come from the other copy place a few doors down next to the nail shop, and they told me they no longer allow printing from their computers, or computer usage at all, and told me I would need to send my sensitive documents through their emails(which I did not feel right about doing) I had been going there my whole life, but was treated like a step child, lol! I really needed these documents by 4:30 and I'm so glad I stepped out and tried something else! From now on I will be going to Copy Plus where the customer service is great, and the customer service rep enjoys what he does, and is kind to the customers. Today, I was treated like I mattered, Jason went out of his way to assist me, and I received service with a smile. I would definitely recommend coming here, and supporting this business!”
