I am so very pleased with the two arrangements that my mom and I ordered for a funeral this week. We wanted the flowers delivered to the funeral home the day before because I think it looks better to have all the flowers displayed before the family and other mourners arrive and it was an early morning viewing (10am). I ordered a Blue & White Sympathy Standing Spray (medium) for $184.99, plus tax. It was GORGEOUS! I wish I had a photo of it because it was worth every penny. I was more than impressed with the arrangement and I heard others compliment it as well. My mom ordered the red roses, and I did get a photo of those. They were beautiful and fresh, and the arrangement was put together professionally, with no loose or broken roses. We did contact another florist first, but the customer service and phone friendliness was not there so we called El Cerrito Florist and I am SO HAPPY we did. They delivered on time and we are 100% satisfied with their service and beautiful flowers and exquisite arrangements. I would HIGHLY recommend El CerritoFlorists and I will absolutely use them again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I needed to buy flowers for the office staff at our local school, and Brenda worked with me to create two stunning bouquets within my budget. Brenda made the experience easy and fun, and the floral arrangements came together like works of art. Each bouquet was unique and filled with delightful colors and textures. The secretaries loved them, and I couldn't be more pleased. I should add that I have stopped in here for flowers several times and I'm always so glad to have such a wonderful florist in my own neighborhood!

Great customer service. Easy to order online. Good prices. Person who we sent the flowers to said the bouquet was “beautiful.” I called the shop to request that they leave the flowers somewhere easy to pick up because the recipient has a broken arm, the woman who answered the phone was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to our request. Would definitely order from here again!

Brenda at El Cerrito Florist does OUTSTANDING work. She listens to your needs / wants and makes great suggestions to make sure your floral arrangements come out perfect. Also, their prices are VERY REASONABLE!! El Cerrito Florist has been "my florist" for over 30 years - they really are the best around.

I needed a bouquet for my mom's bday the day of (don't judge me) lol and I was only able to pick it up and deliver it during my lunch break. On my way to pick up lunch for my mom, this was the first place I called, went to voicemail, darn it! This looked like the best option between food and my mom's house. So I called again (people are more likely to pick up on the second call, it's gotta be important right?) lol and they picked up! I told her my situation and that I needed it asap, I have a $50 budget and you do what you do best! She was so kind and empathic on the phone, she said it will be ready in 20 mins. Perfect! After picking up food, I dropped in closer to 15 mins, walked in and she was already done with the beautiful bouquet, looking like a $80-100 bouquet. Mom loved it and El Cerrito Florist saved the day! This is my new get outta jail card spot no doubt lol

I visited El Cerrito Florist for the first time today, and I was very impressed. It's a small shop, but the florist there was very nice and helped me find a bouquet for my wife. She modified an existing bouquet using feedback from me about the kinds of flowers I know my wife enjoys, which was very well received when I got home. I was charged much less than I expected to be - exceptionally good value.Also, there was a very sweet little dog there who will gratefully approach for scritchies if you bend down and hold your hand out.

Absolutely loved the flowers for my grandmother's funeral. Ordered last minute due to the circumstances, but El Cerrito Florist was so accommodating and delivered our order just right. I've used their services before for my wedding and I will definitely go to them again when needed. Thank you to the staff for being so attentive to our requests.

My husband placed an order for 1 1/2 dozens roses delivered to me for valentines. When I text my husband to thank him, he told me the flowers aren't the correct one. I emailed the shop this morning and Brenda responded promptly. She even delivered me the correct bouquet today! The flowers are beautiful and the service is excellent!

I ordered my wedding bouquet and a wedding garland from El Cerrito Florist. I liked both of them, and felt that they were done at an affordable price. The delivery was a little rushed as Brenda was still doing last minute touches when I picked up. Also, I felt the stems on the bouquet were left a bit long, but did not notice until I got home. Other than that I was very satisfied, and will likely go there again for my flower needs.

I discovered this hidden treasure after being seriously disappointed by a flower shop in San Pablo.And I am ever so grateful to have discovered this flower shop. The arrangements i have ordered, have looked and smelled absolutely amazing. They have made ordering and receiving flowers a joyful suspense.Before i had to fear how the flowers would look. Dread the arrival of disappointing flowers upon delivery.But this shop. Has always communicated with me. The young lady i have dealt with has made it a delight. So nice and polite. I could talk for hours with her.Thank you!!!Will be ordering more arrangements soon and for the foreseeable future
