They were on top of each other and the option she gave me was to buy what was on top because she couldn’t move the codfish that were underneath so she couldn’t soil the floor or the refrigerator. Rídiculo having to buy a piece of cod for $ 27.99 without having the right to choose a better piece. That's because the top ones were super thin and I realized that the bottom one would have better ones. Anyway, she leaves without buying and she (not the owner or the employee), nor there because she lost the sale of two pieces of cod.If you didn't want to make dirt, because you didn't pack the pieces individually so that the customer could choose what most interested him, and without touching the cod due to Covid, or why not offer gloves to the customer. Totally dissatisfied with this store and I don't recommend it to anyone !! The Bacalhau Grill in San Jose has excellent cod, and despite the distance, I insist on going there to not buy from that store. Here is my disappointment and my suggestion for you to learn to work with quality. Estavam um por cima do outro e a opção q ela me deu foi de comprar o que estava por cima porque ela não poderia mover os bacalhaus q estavam embaixo p não sujar o chão ou a geladeira. Rídiculo ter que comprar uma peça de bacalhau por $27.99 sem ter o direito de escolher uma peça melhor. Isso porque as de cima estavam super finas e percebi q embaixo teria umas melhores. Enfim, sai sem comprar e ela (não se é a dona ou funcionária), nem ai por ter perdido a venda de duas peças de bacalhau.Se não queria fazer sujeira, porque não embalou as peças individualmente para q o cliente pudesse escolher o que mais lhe interessava, e sem tocar no bacalhau devido ao Covid, ou porque não oferecer luvas ao cliente. Totalmente insatisfeita com essa loja e não a recomendo para ninguém!! No Bacalhau Grill em San Jose tem excelentes bacalhau, e apesar da distância, faço questão dr ir até lá para não comprar dessa loja. Fica aí meu desapontamento e minha sugestão para vcs aprenderem a trabalhar com qualidade. Não sei se esse poste será avaliado por essa loja e essa senhora, somos brasileiros e apreciamos o bom atendimento!!

If you're looking for very traditional Brazilian items this place has it all! Prices are very fair and variety of items is exceptional! This is by far the best place to get all the items from back home! Staff is friendly as well!

We came in looking for anything Brazilian! Guarana, treats, cheese bread, Brazilian clothes, havaiinas, etc. They squeezed in tons of stuff! We bought lots of guarana and snacks. We are happy! I tried to take a few photos of this place.

This is a very interesting store. I bought some Brazilian chocolate and cookies as gifts, very strong decaf coffee, some herbal tea that I can't find in the US, and glycerin soap (kind of expensive, but very natural). I will definitely come back to get other typical products. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. He offers Brazilian coffee and cookies as courtesy service to the customers. Great addition to the neighborhood!

No need to go to Brazil and come back with luggages full of treats! This place has everything! From food to clothing and of course the Brazilian chocolates Very friendly customer service too!
