“Stop looking at other places - this is where you want to go. Single woman, being quoted $2k by other places, fully expecting to be overcharged wherever I go. I pull in here last week and the guy is so chill, does some work and dots some paint on and tells me to buy the part needed myself to save money and come back with it. I did that today and it's installed and he asked for less than 5% of what others were quoting. AND my friend got to play on their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle vintage arcade machine while we waited which made his day. Will be recommending to everyone.”

“I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”

“Will's Auto Body Shop is definitely the place to get your vehicle taken care of. I opted to decline the recommended bodyshop that my insurance referred me to, because the last time I did that they did not color match the bumper to the rest of the car.
At Will's not only did they take care of all the dents that I brought my car in for, but they also color matched all the panels next to the door flawlessly! The color match is perfect. My car looks like it just came off the dealership's floor room.

“Angelica and Alfonso are great family team that took care of my bumper problem. A few other mechanics told me I had to order a new bumper but these guys dealt with the issue perfectly and they even patched up some dings with their paint without me asking for it. They straightened part of the bumper that was bent as well. They repaired my work vehicle Honda Fit so well that it’s going to be ready for more years to come although it’s old!Their repair looks great and firm, and I’m perfectly happy with their response time to reasonable fee for such great job.When I have another issue I’ll definitely go back. Plus I love supporting small local business in Oakland. “My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

“What an impressive experience! I have a Jaguar F-type that needed both quarter panels repaired and a handle that needed to be adjusted. I have quite the sentimental attachment to this car, so I wanted to make sure I found the right person to work on her. After some research, I narrowed it down to top 3 body shops. After visiting each one, I found that this one was by far the friendliest and most reasonable. The manager, Kai, was super nice and transparent about the whole process and even decided to throw in the handle repair at no extra cost.
I got the car back after 4 days. When I went to go pick it up, I was even more pleasantly surprised because he had decided to touch up all the minor scratches the car had accumulated over the years. Not only that, the car was washed, vacuumed and waxed - including the rims and tires!

My car broke down outside their shop, and not only did they push it down the block, into their garage, and diagnose it (engine failure) they were SO kind and accommodating while I tried to get it sold and/or towed. They were incredibly patient with me while I worked out what to do and even helped me get everything done to get the car signed over to the new buyer even though they knew they were only collecting the diagnostic fee from me. “I had a tricky electrical issue, on this complicated newfangled 21st century vehicle, and had done all I could myself. I lucked into finding this shop of top SAE certified, no nonsense pro, master mechanics. I was convinced to bring the car in after I talked to Bruce the business's chief mechanic and owner on the phone. I asked him if he had ever came across such "a weird problem as mine?" and "How much?"
He simply said right away, "After forty years in the trade, (and in the same location, too), "there's nothing we haven't seen!"
Very busy, old school shop, but very up to date. Like a car repair factory, fast and efficient, with the know how of long experience, like me! They take pride in their operation, and their persistence is proof. By the way the price was something even I could afford, because of it's value, efficiency, with right the first time accuracy.
I feel very fortunate to find this shop, and I give it my highest possible rating.”

“The BEST and most affordable auto shop I’ve ever been to. To change a headlight elsewhere I was quoted $150. These guys did it for $40 and took my car in when they already had 12 other cars in the shop they were working on. Would give 10 stars if I could. ??”
