“5 Stars for Johnie! I wandered in today needing some new wiper blades. Johnie saw me searching aimlessly in the aisles and came right over to help me select the right sizes for my car. He showed me the price ranges then said he would wait for me at the front after I've made my decision. He didn't hover at all! As he was ringing me up, I saw him help a co-worker at the register next to his. Then he asked me, "do you want to put these on now?" I said yes and he unpacked them and gave me my change. Then he proceeded to take them out to the parking lot to install HIMSELF! WHAT SERVICE! He gave me a tutorial, had them installed in less than 2 minutes and wished me a nice day. And perfect timing, it started to sprinkle rain as I drove away. The wipers are PERFECTLY installed. I would have been fumbling around for sure to install them but he saved the day! Thank you Johnie”

“I can't tell you how wonderful it was to deal with these people today. I went to another O'Reilly's near Elcerrito Plaza, and they completely blew me off. It seems like every question. I ask them they didn't have an answer for you just said no.. So, on a hunch a drove to the other O'Reillys where the old Safeway and CVS was, and they were truly a delight. They were quick to help me solve my problems and we're just all around. Pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend going there for your automotive needs or just to have a nice chat .”

“The the hiring manager events don't want to hire nobody but Mexicans and only men he takes 8 Hour breaks he's never at the job I try to get a job he told the African-American manager no females I do believe the store manager is Barbara for the whole County she needs to be made available to talk to somebody about Vince unsafe hiring practices. He fired a female for having menstrual cramps. I am a man and don't understand why this mexican man will not hire nothing but mexican or Hispanic men. I needed a job but now I need a lawsuit. For unfair employment act. I have months and months going to purchase a car part and even help people put parts on their cars for nothing. Vince is the problem. Not the AFRICAN American man who says yheirs 2 positions one for a frmale and the other for a male”

“This review is for the young man who helped turn my bad day to a good one. I went in to buy wiper blades as mine were shredding in the rain and the fellow at the counter looked up what size I needed and told me which ones were better, commiserated with me when I could only afford the cheaper ones, and offered help to install the new ones. He kindly explained how to replace them so I know how to do it later and it was done in minutes. Customer service is a hard thing to come by lately and this was above and beyond and exactly what I needed to turn my day around. Looked at my receipt and maybe his name was Ed? Thank you for employing good people.”
