Let me set the stage for you: it's 11am and you walk in to the bank. There are 15+ employees walking around but only one teller. There is one person ahead of you. Fast forward to 25 minutes later and you are still in line. You have not been helped, you have not been apologized to for the wait, your presence has not even been acknowledged. After your one minute transaction you walk out and get an email "your opinion matters- would you mind taking a survey?"

This bank keeps awful hours which make it very inconvenient to manage our accounts. They are only open from 10am-4pm. 30 hours total each week. Absurd.

I had a bad experience with this branch. I went to do a wire transaction because I need to wire money to an escrow account which was due at 2pm. I went in like 1:14 pm. They told they only can do it at 2 pm and only one banker can do a wire transaction but they have 2-3 staff chatting behind the counter. Also in a period of time, not even a customer came in for doing any transactions, but they still didn’t want to help me. I don’t believe that in such a big branch only one banker can do wire. Don’t go to this branch if you need any help since they don’t care their customer.

After seeing so few stars on Google Map for this branch, I was hesitant, but went anyway as it's closest to home. My experience could not have been better. A short line, a very professional and nice bank teller, I was in and out in no time, and with a smile on my face.

Wish there were zero stars because this branch is an embarrassment and customers are treated horribly. Put a check in BofA ATM for deposit, they can't find it and are saying - ATM's AT BANK OF AMERICA ARE NOT our RESPONSIBILITY! Useless lying tellers saying check was re deposited into business account it came out of! They don't give a flying fig about their customers and their own negligence! Customer service MINUS ZERO STARS! Take your money elsewhere

Like many of the other reviews concerning tis branch of the Bank of America, my negative review will be one more to add to the list. Long lines, disinterested employees rushing around not concerned with its customers. Rude and impolite service once we get to the teller. Obviously, the teller did not have a good grasp of the English and then had the cheek to speak down to me. Bank of America do your job and make the customers your number one priority.

I never go in branch but I was trying to close my checking account and getting a representative on the phone is impossible! I went into this Bank of America branch to close my account and a teller told me that they don’t close accounts in branch and that was the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard because I work at a bank and closing accounts in branch is an option we allow customers to have. She told me to instead call customer service, but I had already called customer service 4 times earlier in the week to close my account and I was on hold for almost an hour each time, which is why I went in branch in the first place only to be told I had to call AGAIN! I’m glad I finally got through to someone on the phone because if not I would’ve been charged $12 for simply having the checking account which is another reason why I’m closing the account. Credit Unions are much better and I will never recommend Bank of America to anyone!

If I could give negative stars I would. Teller was incredibly rude and unprofessional - threw the card and ID back each time and was so unpleasant. Will never come back here.

I had a disappointing experience at Bank of America. The service was terrible, with a long line and just one cashier working at 11:30 AM. I waited nearly 30 minutes to deposit my cash. It's clear they don't prioritize customer care.
