Absolute nightmare! Unprofessional/rude pharmacist (Fawn) makes up her own rules and if you question her, she just hangs up on you and holds your prescription hostage. Walgreens is my new pharmacy

Pharmacist named Fawn is very very rude. I've never dealt with a rude employee at Vons much less at the pharmacy. Please get rid of that rude women. Gave attitude the whole time so unprofessional. No time for that.

I placed two orders via the Curbside/Online service on 11.21.2022 for my son and daughter-in-law - considering that it was two days before the holiday and that at the time of my order there was only one StoreShopper the service was AMAZING! Though there was a little hiccup with a couple of items due to limited availability on account of the Thanksgiving Holiday, BILLY the StoreShopper and FELIX (one of the Store Managers) teamed up and patiently, efficiently and satisfactorily completed both orders. Billy was so attentive, professional in what could have been a frazzled situation for most. I love my EL CENTRO VONS Market!

This pharmacy is very rude , I went to ask for COVID vaccine , they said only walk-in allowed weekday 930-11 . I returned and pharmacist told me they don't take walk ins and go somewhere else . Very rude , don't care about peoples health

Really bad appointment system, I arrive 10 min. Early so they can tell me that I have to wait because there's about 10 people in front of me. What's the point of the appointment???

Felix the Operations Manager is rude and not helpful. His tone of voice is not acceptable in this line of service. He needs major retraining.

I went in to try and purchase some syringes and they treated me like I was a junkie. Pharmacist gave me a dirty look and said I needed a prescription. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that in California, people don't need a prescription for a syringe. Look it up!I use syringes to administer my own hormone injections every two weeks. But, the pharmacist didn't ask, didn't care, just judged me and sent me away. I don't have insurance at the moment so I felt fortunate when I discovered the law in California gives me access to this medical necessity. I left feeling embarrassed, angry, frustrated, and sad. All because the pharmacist chose to judge me rather than help.Luckily, I went to Walgreens and the pharmacist was very helpful. They asked about my medication and after a short conversation, sold me 2 syringes for $2. It was a very simple transaction. I hope this pharmacy learns the importance of customer service and treating people with dignity and respect.Even if someone is a drug user, they're still people. Nobody should ever feel the way I felt that day. Clean needles can save lives and prevent HIV transmission. Get it together Vons, don't be a part of the problem.

I have never heard of Vons until coming to El Centro. I love their flower selection. They have almost a whole section dedicated to flowers. The flowers I bought were very inexpensive. For the price I paid, I can buy them weekly. A tip for other men, women love it when you show them how much you appreciate them. Don't wait until it's too late.

ALERT!!!!! Vons El Centro Pharmacy is NOT following social distancing! The lady behind the counter on 6/11/20 is calling customers up to the SAME window as others and being disrespectful of the social distancing guideline of SIX feet apart!!! Get your act in shape..now wonder IMPERIAL COUNTY has the WORST CORONA VIRUS cased PER population density than the entire state of California...NO WONDER we cannot go out to eat, get hair cuts, work out or go back to work!! It because of people like the VONS Pharmacy behind the counter NOT caring about us!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!
