Found across the 0arking lot from Aldi's in El Centro, Ca. I liked that the agent greeted us upon walking in and asked for my address. Apparently, Verizon doesn't have complete service in the city. Unfortunately, my address is in an area not yet covered. So the young lady saved me from having to wait at the back of line, only to be told 'we don't service that area yet' .I wish I would of asked her name to say thank you.

The amount of attention Verizon Wireless pays to their clients, such as myself, is amazing. Verizon clarifies any possible problems and immediately offers brilliant solutions to suit me and fit my budget. As a client for about 15 years, I am always impressed with the service and dedication shown every time I walk in to the El Centro Verizon Store. I am always happy to know that the insurance I have through Verizon has always got my back and if a problem should arise, I know they will be there for me.

Customer service sent me to this store for shipping labels. I was returning their 5G Internet modems. The manager in the store was unhelpful and made no effort to assist. He just sent me back to customer care.

The security guard is the only person in that building that cares. Every other worker only cares about you if youre buying one of their overpriced speakers.

Do not trust the employees. They add things on that you specifically say you don’t want, like monthly device insurance for $17 and add on features like Disney plus package for $10. It was aweful trying to get rid of what they added. They lie.

To the associates, If you hate your job just say that. Plus, the security guard will follow you around the store and profile you if you are of a certain background apparently. I went outside and sat in my car, and he was directly in front of my car looking at me though the store window. Then he would go to the front entrance and peer at me from there too. It went on for about 10 minutes. I got my phone, cause I was in need of one badly. This store wasn't worth it though. At all.

Walked in last Fri to upgrade my tablet, they had 3 people at desk . After being signed in and a half hour of waiting ,only 1 desk rep working . I walked out 10 minutes later. 40 minutes no assistance .

The employee at the store are not very helpful. They would give you a paper and explain that you need to call . Or trying to make a payment, just on the machine. It would help, they were more informed able to take payment in case machine broke or occupy.the only porpuse of the employee at store is to sell merchandise.
