Phones are expensive but then again if you want service here go ahead I'll stick with Metro By T-Mobile

Walked in last Fri to upgrade my tablet, they had 3 people at desk . After being signed in and a half hour of waiting ,only 1 desk rep working . I walked out 10 minutes later. 40 minutes no assistance .
