From East Tennessee here. Rented a car in San Diego and took a trip to salvation mountain. Had a blowout in El Centro. Mind you I’m from the Appalachian mountains and being in the desert I was completely out of my element. Called every tire shop in a 50 mile radius to get the size tire I needed until I found this place. They were definitely extremely nice and very professional. They put me back on the road in no time. Thank you, valley tires and wheel!

Give them a shot with your service!!!!!!!Absolutely outstanding service. The people working here CARED ABOUT MY BAD SITUATION. I blew out a tire there nearby asked for help but left in hurry. They were polite to my situation. Weeks later my car breaks down in front of them AGAIN and they let me wait it out for a better day. AGAIN.Look. My point is, is that they CARED ABOUT ME WHEN I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO GIVE.Thank you.They recommended solutions EVERYTIME and the second time the gentleman even went out of his way to make a call to help me drag it down the street to his recommendation

I honestly usually go to another tire shop because it’s 2 minutes from my house but gave this one a try because it was open late & around 6:05pm today I noticed I had a nail in my tire so I called to see if they can patch it up & they said yeah.. got there around 6:15-6:20 and they started helping me right away… I’d definitely be back they were a really sweet humble family. Thank you for the help ?? so glad you guys stay open until 7!!

BE CAREFUL THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They told me several times to my tire is unfixable after I came with the tire for 2 hours. First, they told me there are 2 holes and it's not fixable. Then I said I still wanted them to do it. 10 mins later They told me there are a lot more than 2 holes which, I'm sure they did themselves. They did everything they could to sell me brand-new cheap tires for $185. It was 7 pm so because they knew I had nowhere else to go they sold me the worst used tire for $69.99. They even told me that if I wanted to leave my old tire I need to pay extra. They were sketchy so if I were you I would NEVER COME HERE!

I am giving this place 5 plus stars. I was driving from San Diego moving to AZ and got flat about 6:45pm they made sure they stayed open to help me. They are the most welcoming and caring family! I will be back just to have them service my tires next time I’m passing through. God Bless them & their business!
