Employee told me my return package was intended for the UPS store. I then showed him the label that said to take to any UPS location. Took my package not very happy. Very slow service especially for this time of year UPS should know to up the staffing.

Wish they had a phone call thats direct. The customer service line is all automated and it is annoying that there is no direct call line if that add that ill give them 5 stars for always going above and beyond but until then. No dice.

Negative 100 stars, Was expecting package delivered on friday 10/22, today is 2nd day but yet they never delivered package. It a motel where package was suppose to be delivered. Office stays open 24/7, UPS driver never made any attempt to deliver the package and simply marked in system as business closed. We have video surveillance, UPS truck never showed up at location to deliver anything. Called 1800 no help at all as the center is closed so they can not do anything till Monday. Package is no good to me on Monday anymore, but this is just ridiculous straight out lie by UPS. I should have stayed with Fed-Ex. You pay little extra but it is guaranteed delivery.

I live in calexico and after the first attempt of delivery, they sent my package to the Michaels store in El Centro. On the sellers website, it says that we missed the delivery but that they will attempt again the next day. And UPS lies and tells them (the seller) we missed it again on the second attempt to deliver. It goes to Michaels store after the first attempt to deliver. Impossible to talk to anybody in the local ups store to fix this problem.

I ordered a package and it said that it would be arriving by the end of the week. It got to the facility 3 days early and it said it would be delivered that day but it said it was just there and it never got delivered. Then the date changed to the original date it would arrive the day of it said it was on its way but it never got here.

I would leave 0 stars if I could this is ridiculous. 3 packages in a row now that either don't show up or they claim they can't find my address when they have been here 100's of times over the last 2 years and I watched the truck dance around past my house several times and then they say the address doesn't exist. Then when I try to seebif I can pick it up at the cc they want me to pay $8 for their f% up. Ridiculous.

Hate to say but this company always mess up my deliveries. They never get in touch with you when they have issues delivering on the address and they never notified you. I have to call to see what is going on because tracking info show up that is at el centro and need delivery attention and ironic the issue is the address and you can't change it. So now I have to go all the way to el centro to pick up my package until certain day, if not it will be send back to sender (for the second time), this is a bit frustrating and a pain in the back of you neck, because you have to solve a issue that you are not to, but because ups don't really care and they don't really do the job a it shows.
