Really bad customer service. The new manager from the store doesn't want to fix any issues. I have been overpaying 40 dlls for the last year and 1 month because the sales person that got me my plan made a mistake, and basically the old manager own up to their mistake and was providing a 40 dlls credit to my line every month and now every time I go to the store to get my credit the manager is never there and employees just tell me that they going to let the manager know for him to apply the credit, but he never does. Today, I went in to get my credit, and the manager refused to give me the credit for the past 2 months because I didn't talk to him directly, so he just credited my line for this month. Currently on the phone with corporate to try to get a solution to my monthly credit so I don't have to go to the store [update] (corporate provide credit for the 2 moths the manager didn't). I got my price in paper where it says what I should be paying, but they refuse to give me that price because they said it was a mistake the salesperson did at the time. If you go to this store, make sure they give you the real price of what you're going to be paying. I am currently waiting for my contract to be over so I can switch companies. The new manager should be fired. This is the second time I have filed a complaint with corporate about him. He is rude and combative when talk to. He made it seem like I was overreacting for 40 dlls extra charge every month. Would not answer to my question of him being happy with overpaying 40 extra dlls every month. If I was in the wrong, I wouldn't be getting those 40 dlls credit to my line every month.

Manager was super combative about a warranty claim and refused to process it. I called 611 from the lot and they processed the claim with no issue. When I picked up my device the employee who gave it to me was ordered to chase me out to my van in the lot and attempt to get the phone back. Terrible experience

Buyer Customers beware!!!!!In October 2023, i stopped in at tmobil located at 2052 N. Imperial Av. Ste 101. El Centro Cal 92243I was inquiring about cell phone service and was assisted by store manager Jay.I was given all information and was askd about some of my information.I was asked if I was ready to open an account and I said NO my husband was not available and I would return with my husband IF we were interested.I did not sign anything and made it clear I was not interested in opening an account. To my surprise the following month I received a bill from t mobil totaling $665.00. Mr Jay the manager took it upon himself to open an UNAUTHORIZED account in my name!! I immediately called t mobil let them know this was an unauthorized account. I also called spoke to a young lady who was rude wouldnt give her name but assured me Jay would cancel account it was never done!! Now this unauthorized account bill has jumped to $800.00+ bill.Today December 29,2023 t mobil assistance put Jay and myself on 3 way to find out why he opened this account or who authorized this account and Jay (manager) LIED he said I said it was ok to open the accountThis man should not be trusted he is a bold faced liar!!!Do not trust JAY from this t mobil store. He wil take ur information as use it without authorization!!!R Tapia

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. They add lines without your consent, and they don't even fix the problem they caused, you have to fix it yourself. They promise you offers that when you call customer service, it turns out that that offer doesn't even exist and that I have to check every month to get that "discount"These are just 2 experiences of many bad times that they put me through.

There was an issue with my email being deleted from my account. It was whole situation and Carlos jumped in and saved the day spent about 2 hours helping figuer out how to recover all my app info and contacts.

I’m not exaggerating when I’m saying this, but this T-Mobile has given me the BEST customer service I’ve ever received! Everyone there is so kind and very knowledgeable, especially a worker named Nelly. I have never been helped by someone so kind and patient before, it’s honestly such a relief. She brings such a great atmosphere into the store and she always tried her best to make sure I left the store satisfied and with no questions about anything. I live all the way in Calexico, but it’s so worth the drive! If you go into the store and she’s there, you’re in very good hands!

Manager Melina and team helped me out tremendously! The team hooked me up with 3 lines from Verizon and got me a home internet! I’m saving over $110 and I got new phones! Thank you!

Horrible Customer Service by the Store Manager; I bought a cell phone at the T-Mobile store of 2052 N. Imperial Ave. El Centro CA 92243 I returned a day later because the phone was not working properly, an employee named "MELINA" attended me, she had a very bad attitude from the beginning, she did not have the ability to solve my problem and apparently my doubts and questions bothered her; At one point she said that she was there to sell phones and that I had to go to the IVC to learn how to use cell phones, at that time I asked to talk to a Manager; Great was my surprise when she said that she was the Store Manager and she was the boss. Imagine my frustration; Fortunately I got the Address from the Corporate Office, I share them, in case someone else has a bad experience with this rude and disrespectful woman. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not helpful what so ever. They have no inventory. According to them they don’t share inventory from other locations so they can’t tell you if another location in the valley has what I need. How do they expect to make sales???

I upgraded with trade in option & was told to return old phone to store. Went to bring old phone but employee said they don't accept trade-ins. I called customer service & was assured they would take the old phone at the store. Went back & got the run-around again. Seems like employees here are not willing to help if there is not a commission in it for them. Very disappointed. Buyer beware employees here do not honor their own contracts.

This store has the most kindest and patient employees. Carlos went above and beyond ?? Nelly was super helpful and so pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays but these 2 special people came through. Thank you both.
