We took a work truck here for A/C issues after taking it to two other locations, both said it was fixed but it wasn't. The owner of this shop took a look at the trucks A/C and let us know what was wrong. He spent the time looking at the truck and then told us to take back to other repair shop since it would be covered under the warranty at the other shop. He could have just done the work and charged us for it but instead told us what was wrong and to take back to his competition so we wouldn't have to pay more money. Really appreciate the help and saving us some money!!

I've taken my cars to get serviced here for years and let me tell you...if you're looking for a place where they will drop everything to work on your vehicle...this isn't it. Just like anywhere you go, there is a system. First come, first served. HOWEVER, if you rather have a shop and a mechanic you can ACTUALLY trust over "princess treatment" and "catering" then this is definitely a place to take your cars. When I've been forced to take my car to another shop for X reasons, it is never for that one thing that I get billed for. It's always a phone call telling me how my car need x,y and z and if I don't do it my car will be ruined and burst into flames When I go to PRO Auto I'm not hit with any surprises. I am advised of possible upcoming services it may need and usually am given a suggested time frame for repairs. The shop always looks busy and full and the owner, Guillermo, is always running around like a madman working on vehicles, making calls, negotiating, dealing with customers. He can easily be misunderstood for rude due to his voice and demeanor but in all actuality this man is a hard worker, honest and dependable. From my conversations with him through the years I know they take on a lot of big jobs but they do not neglect or reject customers regardless of how small the job is. For those of us that know the shop and the people, we understand that if you want an oil change, for example, leave your car as soon as it opens and that's that. Bigger jobs have required me to leave my car but I rather leave it and trust that they'll do it RIGHT. Like the shop sign says, "We guarantee fast service no matter how long it takes".

Did a good job on my car it runs like a brand new car in my denali's 2005 okay so it runs better than when I first bought it it didn't sound that good but I bought it but it's great so I gave it five stars man it's I'm happy with the work

Guillermo the owner of this shop is an Honest man and works very hard to help people with good with at a fair price. His staff Aaron and Miguel are friendly and courteous and are careful with your vehicle. You may have to leave your car there a couple days because they can be busy at times but worth it knowing your car is fixed right the first time ?

I've come here for muffler work twice. The first time was 13 years ago and the second being today (May 2012). Both times they were very proffesional and reasonably priced. It took them an hour to put the muffler on, both times.
