Terrible location, ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. My mom and I went in to buy an iPhone, an hour later while setting it up we notice the phone is not functioning properly. We go straight back to T-Mobile and the employee says we will have to pay a $30 return fee. WE HAD JUST BOUGHT THE PHONE AN HOUR AGO. My mom refused to pay when they sold her a malfunctioning phone. The employee AND location manager said there was nothing they can do and refused to help my mom. They gave her apple's and T-Mobile's customer service phone number and left her to figure it out on her own. Very frustrated, my mom was on the phone for an hour and a half trying to fix a BEAND NEW PHONE. She finally gets home and there's no charger in the iPhone box. This location is ridiculous. Employees are the least helpful, unwelcoming reps you'll ever deal with. Drive the extra miles and go to a different location in the valley to save you the headache.

This location is horrible, customer service lacks greatly. I went into the store to upgrade my sons phone for his birthday and was about to purchase the iphone 12. When I asked my rep if I could change the phone if my son did not like the color. She said there would be a restocking fee, I told her I was not going to open it. She told me that no matter what once it is purchased there is a restocking. I explained to her that I have done it in the past without a problem. It is exchanging a phone for color, the package would not be open she told me let me ask the manager (Viri). She came back and said no she did not even try and come out to talk to me just stayed in the back what kind of customer service is that? So I left and went to the T Mobil store 10 minutes away and they allowed me to purchase the phone and did not have a problem if I did an exchange. I would stay away from this store. I did call T-Mobil directly and gave them feedback. I really hope they look into the matter it is ridiculous that I had to waste more time and gas to drive 10 min to another store. This store really needs to work on customer service first time i was really disappointed with T-Mobile

My name is Arturo went to the tmobile store located by cosco and aldees, a few days ago. to go and pick up a sim replacement, because mine was not working. I had called customer service prior to going. and they told me to go to my nearest t mobile store, and that they had notated my account to not charge me for the sim because it was damaged. walked into the store and was greated, not much enthusiasim. but i spoke with 2 ladies one of them of course being the store manager, do not remember there names. i explained to them why i went to the store, and to check the notes the rep from customer service had notated, that there would be no charge for the sim replacement. the manager stated she could not do anything for me, that there would be a charge in order for me to get my sim card. explained to her and the other rep at the time that i need my sim since i work and i depend on my cell phone for my business. appereantly they did not care and did not want to help me. i got upset and told them, that if i were buying or upgrading phones that they would jump all over me.but since neither of them were not getting a sale, they did not care. thanks to this experience i will be changing cell phone providers, because when you really need help they do not want to help you unless its a sale. Just loss a customer of years and 7 lines. thank you t mobile!!

We switched to T-Mobile from AT & T since we didn't need the large plan that we had before. The plan was good and was good priced but service in town is awful. Service in town today was zip. No Service. At all. Even outside T-Mobile was zero. Price is good only if you have service. I do not recommend T-Mobile unless you use WiFi regularly. We live where WiFi is available and have our own non T-Mobile WiFi. T-Mobile needs to step up service!

Customers services is great we always have low prices on accessories and most of all ours are great and reasonable for all customers plus no credit card and no contract. What else you want.
