This is my number one store to shop. Unfortunately, this particular store has only gotten worse when it comes to customer service. On my last visit I was there to make a return the supervisor or manager step to help cashier with my return and she was very rude not because of the result because in fact I took the wrong receipt. But her attitude was totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I would expect more from a trained person in charge

I really appreciate the sales girl going out of her way to help me with a return. It was super windy out side and the line was extremely long too. When she told me I was going to have to wait in that same line for the return there is no way I could. I was going to have to come back.
