very slow service, we've waited for 20 minutes and they forgot, sent another person and they took longer.... Didn't have prices up either so confused costumers as well as that. One young lady who is very sweet and helpful may god bless her! She was doing all the work being helpful and sweet. Used to love this place but no.... Staff is very non consistent and not helpful at all.

Every time I come to the store and ask for help, no one will help you or they give you some type of excuse. Terrible terrible customer service. Ask to speak to a manager and they can never be found. I really don't know why I come to this store for anything. This is the Lowe' in El Centro Ca.

Don't shop here, they won't honor their online prices. Especially if they consider the price an error. Terrible service, terrible prices.

I work on a ton of projects and I am constantly at this Lowe's or the Home Depot. I like both but Lowe's is cleaner. They don't carry the Milwaukee brand of tools. All of my power tools are Milwaukee brand so Home Depot is a must for that. As far as the garden section, it is plentiful with good plants and landscaping materials. This store is also better than the Home Depot for deck and patio furniture etc. The store overall is my choice for my projects. The restrooms though definitely need improvement.

Came in to buy a small generator but couldn't find anyone to unlock one. Three visits to the customer service desk trying to get someone, three pages for people and no luck, 45 minutes of time I'll never get back. Walked out without a generator but Home Depot managed to get it first time around. Normally Lowes gets it right but not this time.

Don't do this hardly ever but buying any major appliance at LOWE'S, be sure you like your (appliance) washer within 48 hours or you can't take it back. The lady at the appliance center said I had 30 days. Sensor level washing sucks. Paid good money with a 5 year warranty in full for a high end whirlpool that doesn't even fill the tub over the clothes level and stains don't come out and clothes smells somewhat dingy. Now I need a whirlpool person to come out to see if it's defective. It took me like 30 minutes to find an employee there before I actually chose one. Should have known. Shame on me for trusting Valley big business customer service

We decided to update our kitchen and thought to use Lowes. We thought that it would be a straightforward process because we were simply changing cabinets not redesigning. We used their designer which was pretty painless. However, apparently the designer quit within a few weeks of my order and Lowes put a Twenty something girl from plumbing into the designer slot. Who by the way is a sweetheart but doesn’t quite know the field. Anyway, the cabinets came in within the 6 weeks and a few were messed up so my contractor informed Lowes and they were to reorder them and they DID NOT. So here we are 3 months later still waiting for replacement cabinets and without all cabinets they are unable to install countertops! Then we need to move onto countertops. Apparently the first 1st designer used a different software to record my deposit of the countertops so the company never received my deposit. Consequently, I was never given any emails that needed my approval for them to order the countertops so 4 to 6 weeks has turned into 3 months. Through all this Lowes has never reached out to me about any issues with staff or ordering! They have never offered to expedite or intercede or help out in anyway. I had heard what a nightmare working with Lowes could be and thought how could they mess this up well, shame on me. I will share my nightmare with anyone that wants a reference. Lowes you are in way over your head!
