Worst place ever Took my car in because engine was overheating He fixed the fan supposedly then the water pump Told me was ready went to pick it up and car still overheated made me pay another 350 on top of the 780 I’ve already spent to order a new fan supposedly from Ford this time instead of AutoZone. Two weeks later, my gas pedal is completely stalling and it feels crazy to drive and then my engine is overheating. Car tells me to pull over and the whole car just completely stopped functioning at this point and now I wait for a tow company a complete scam like the guy does not even know what he’s doing or else this would’ve been fixed the first time I took it in

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to this shop to have him look at it after the oil plug had fallen out on the way back to Phoenix and was towed to Pep Boys where they wouldn't work on it due to the risk of damage. We got a ride back to Phoenix and returned the following week to see what could be done to get the Jeep back to Phoenix. We replaced the plug and filled with oil and drove it to JC Auto Repair to have him look at it. There was no engine damage that was noticeable and he said it was running ok except for a noise that he said was the water pump. We agreed to let him replace the water pump and would pick it up on the way back from San Diego, which was on a Sunday. We got to the shop around 3pm and started the Jeep and drove toward the freeway and stopped at the McDonalds for a coffee and when we pulled in the parking lot, coolant was pouring out of the bottom. I called him and he said there was nothing he could do and that because the radiator was flushed, it might have caused the leak but he didn't take any responsibility nor did he offer any solutions. The water pump was functional before the repair and there was no leak, only noisy. They'll take your money and leave you stranded. I wouldn't trust this shop to do anything. An additional $700+ to fix what he said wasn't caused by them....this place is a joke.

Jorge Cisneros is a sincere and competent man. Before taking on a job, he took the time to listen to my situation and to decide whether he help or not. In my experience, his attentiveness and honesty were well displayed by the fact that he took on a job and did it on time for an extremely fair price. Cleaning out an exhaust gas recirculation system is something a lot of garages simply don't want to do, and will become dishonest when facing a request to do so. I have experienced this with some businesses for whom I have left appropriate reviews detailing as much. One business even immediately tried to convince me that an engine replacement was obviously necessary. 2 days ago, a 304 code was showing that my fourth cylinder was misfiring for some reason. Mr cisneros took the time to comply with my request to examine my EGR system and confirmed that the first three intake manifold ports were blocked significantly, routing an overflow of air to the fourth cylinder and causing that misfire. A combination of free code readings and YouTube videos and a replacement of spark plugs not solving the issue made this EGR clean out a very likely solution to my problem. Indeed, I have gone from about 35 miles per gallon and a knocking engine at low accelerating RPMs yesterday to over 50 miles per gallon and an engine that purrs ever so gently if audible at all today. I was pretty sure of the problem and the solution, but Mr cisneros is the person who made it possible. I can't recommend his services enough, and I hope that other people have a chance to enjoy the same experience that I did! My dented Prius has 200,000 miles on the odometer, but thanks to Mr Cisneros, it's still a young car.

This is my second time using JC auto repair, just as last time they accommodated my needs knowing that I am not local they got me in and out quickly. Last time it was a set of studs for my axle because my wheel fell off, this time I came in thinking my fan belt was making noise but they correctly diagnosed it as a bad starter and I was out at a reasonable price

My service light has been on for over a year and I didn't think it was such a big problem since the last mechanic I went to told me that there's no problem with my car. My car started to make weird notice but it wasn't until my AC broke did I finally bring my car in. The owner was very straightforward with my problem. My car overheated and burned my AC. I needed a new thermostat. At first I thought I only needed a fluid change for my AC, I called around before I brought my car in. JCs told me that it the liquid is all I need then it would be 75 for the testing and fluid replacing, Pep boys said the same thing, but the price would be 250 for the same tests. Would recommend.
