I went in twice this yr and both times two lovely ladies, Tina and Shanae made me feel welcome and good about filing my tales at jackson Hewitt. They helped me and explained everything to me which was easy to understand. Filing with Jackson Hewitt and its 3mpñemployees has made the whole tax season go by so much smoother. :)

Definitely, JH opened my eyes! Please do yourself a favor and file taxes with Jackson Hewitt. I received a refund that I never imagined I’d receive. Tax preparer Shanae Gooden review my case and documents, and she did what I could never do in the past years. I learned, I received money, and I didn’t pay a dollar. This is not a fake review, or to please JH! Honestly, come to JH, and do SMART business. Good bye TurboTax and HR Block forever. Thank you Shanae for your hard work and focused customer service.
