Beware! Beware! Beware! Order if you dare!!I placed an order with these guys for a couple weeks, and there are no update or contacts about my orders. I emailed, but no respond, then I tried to call them and the line instantly dropped the moment my phone tried to connect (fake phone number). Really shady because they collected my credit card information and have no intention selling the stuff I ordered.

I haven't had any problems here at all. Every single time I come in, Victor communicates clearly, answers his phone, my car is ready when promised and my Honda accord 2014 is in great shape. I truly appreciate good customer service and honesty.

I bought a Honda Ridgeline at this dealership.Everything was flawless, from ARTURO the salesman, absolutely knowledgeable to MIGUEL the sales manager.They are both great and reasonable. Great persons.I drove down from LA where I must unfortunately say, I hate LA dealerships.I would surely drive down again to get another car in the future.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with any dealership. Me and my family went in and were "approved" for a vehicle lease after running the credit of my father and myself. We discussed monthly payments/the interest rate/terms and conditions and finally after 6 hours we were given a handshake and a deal they took the vehicle back to get washed and the contacts were being "printed for us to sign" we were promised it would be another 15 minutes until we were done. I had to pay $300 to add this vehicle to my insurance policy only go be told at the very end that the deal was off and the terms were changed. I wouldn't trust anything from this dealership especially from the manager Leslie. This was the biggest waste of time and I hope anyone that reads this chooses a better dealership to buy from.

Bad attitude, bad service! I strongly don't recommend Alejandro from Service. He said I had extended warranty and then on the day of my car appt. he said I had to pay for the diagnostic with an attitude that I was wrong the whole time. I knew I should taken my car to DCH Honda of Mission Valley, its worth the drive and gas. I promise I will never go back there!

Top notch staff and service. I've gotten my past 2 vehicles from this dealership and have zero complaints. All staff members I have encountered are professional, efficient and friendly. They really go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is a great one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and have advised my friends and family members in bigger cities that they should look here instead.

Best Automotive service and has always taken care of our car. They fix our Honda CRV in a timely way, they are honest, friendly, and even go an extra step to let me know if there are other problems lurching. They do their best to keep our family car safe. I recommend them highly! Alex Chavez was our Service Advisor.

Do not buy a car here. My husband bought a used vehicle from this dealership in December 2020 and it is now June and we are still unable to get it registered due to the dealership messing up paperwork and dropping the ball time after time for months . This is my husband's only form of transportation and has had no choice but to drive the vehicle unregistered for the past nearly 7 months. The dealership is a joke and if it were up to me we would take the vehicle back and leave it on their doorstep. The amount of time and money it has cost us trying to fix this, and we still haven't even been able to register the vehicle, is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A joke of a place and extremely unprofessional.

I usually do not like to give negative reviews unless things went very bad. Nearly a year later, I learned the dealership's inaction caused me registration problems to the point that I have not been able to drive my truck for the past four months or risk it being impounded for expired tags. I received a Notice of Delinquent Registration from the DMV in October of 2020 (with late penalty fees) and I could not understand why since I never received the registration renewal and I never bothered to look at my plates (why would you?). I bought the truck in late February 2020 with the registration tags set to expire in May. I just learned that the DMV processed the sale in August of 2020. This is why I did not receive the renewal registration, the dealership did!!!! The dealership did not send paperwork immediately (they have up to 90 days) and with delays at the DMV due to covid, this made things worse. As I mentioned earlier I did not have a good purchasing experience, but it was similar to my other experiences. I had no issues with the salesperson, just the rest of the sales and finance team. They did the normal "suppress added costs verbally only to see it on the contract". The finance person started pouting when I did not want to buy the added cost!! Of course there was delay in the sales process when there should not have been. I purchased for the advertised price (there was minimal price haggling since it was a good deal on a used vehicle).All in all, go elsewhere to buy a vehicle
