I had an outdoor vehicle storage space with Interstate Mini Storage of El Centro. The space served its purpose and my vehicle was not bothered. The staff was always very responsive and helpful. Compared to other placed in SoCal, the price was fair. I had a positive experience working with this company.

Good place for storage but there is large items used mattresses thrown in front of the storage units,otherwise would be 4 ⭐️

Had a last minute need for a storage unit and called and spoke with Pedro and he was able to accommodate all of our needs over the phone. He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to have same day storage. He has great customer service and I would recommend this to anyone needing storage services! 10/10 recommend

Horrible, non-secure storage. I stored my trailer here for 3 months based on reviews but I had 2nd thoughts when I arrived. A lot of beat up, old vehicles with flat tires. I had two covered bicycles on the back locked to the frame with multiple U locks and chains. When I returned 3 months later, they were gone along with part of the bike rack — it was clear the thefts had plenty of time to remove the bikes. When I stored it they assured me customers have limited gate access (6 am to 8 pm) and I didn’t need to worry about security. It was clear the thief’s tried to get into my storage compartments and the trailer as well. When I notified them of the theft, they brushed me off (not even an apology) and said they weren’t responsible. It sure looks like people are living in their RVs there. Never store anything of value here.Update: Joe called me & was very apologetic. He resolved this to my satisfaction. Game changer.

We are still ever upset about our RV being broken into at your storage place. We thought you had cameras and it was secure storage place. It’s costing us lots to replace very thing that was stolen from us. Hoses, all of our electric stuff, all of our tools, food, broke our outside shower and so on… When I called I didn’t even get an apology. I would give no star but you can’t!!I would like to thank Joe for is phone call and refunding our storage payment. That meant a lot to us. I will change my stars to a five. Thank you again Rochelle and Bruce

They allow access to your storage unit from 6:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. after that you risk being locked in since the automatic gates shut off. This allows still for plenty of time for you to access your unit between those hours. They have a few different sizes when it comes down to their units and you're also able to store RVs, vehicles, or trailers there if need be and there's space. Pricing is decent for the area.
