I brought my diesel GMC Sierra 2500 in for service because it would not start. I needed two new batteries, but had to wait a couple days because I was told the bateries were not in stock. Once the batteries came in, I was told the engine was coding for the diesel exaust fluid heater. This also was not in stock and had to be ordered. I came in six days later to check if the repairs were done and then was told I needed two new thermostats, which, of course, were not in stock and had to be ordered. After a total of eight days of being in the shop, I finally got my vehicle back.

I made an appointment and the first technician over there asked me if I was dropping it off because they wouldn't have time to look at my vehicle. Why would you guys allow appointments if no work can be done? I scheduled in advance. I don't even know when I'll get another day off to go waste my time again like this. I'll be looking into taking my car elsewhere from now on. Service lane sucks. Quick Lube department have been nothing but great.

Shit show! They are good at getting you to see and drive any car. They want you to buy, of course. poor customer service. The buying process takes forever. Everyone seems to be new to what they are doing (or is their excuse), let alone all the lies they tell you to get you to buy a vehicle. My husband bought a vehicle at this location, and we spent 7 hours in there. After getting our deal closed, they still didn't get all the paperwork ready until after. We had to come back the next day to fix errors on the paperwork, and they never helped us or contacted us about the paint protection service! They were making a good effort to sell that, but they did a terrible job at helping get it done.Avoid this place at all costs!!

Great customer service, left my car, went to work, dispatcher would keep in contact with me, informing me of issues with the car, got a ride from the dealership to go pick up my car, good price and with warranty. I would definitely go back, and I would also highly recommend. Thank you.

If I could put a negative 5 I would. Stay Away! Has to be the worst service center ever. One of many incidents. Took a Tahoe in for a single tire replacement and alignment. 7 hours later it was "ready" after they forgot to do the alignment initially and had to be reminded. Upon inspection of my vehicle, the drivers side was filthy with dirt. And guess what? The spare was never placed under the rear latch. It was thrown in the back cargo on top of important boxes I had. Haha this place is a disaster. Stay clear!! You've been warned.

The waiting time was great. I didn’t have to wait more than an hour to get my oil change done to my vehicle as I carry on a very busy day. And the service desk gentleman was great and Knowledgeable

I'll start by saying I'll leave names out...They can look me up and figure out who was involved. Long story short, I'm from out of town but found a vehicle I wanted. Contacted and began texting to figure out how to make it work and see if a 3 hour drive one way was worth it. Everything was fairly smooth and they were somewhat accommodating in the beginning. We made a deal and I drove the 3 hours to get there. I'll preface that I asked if they could have everything ready as it was a weekday and I would still have to make the return drive home. We arrived and were greeted quickly. Checked out the car and it was about what we were expecting. Then we waited for about 90 minutes until we could see the finance guy. In total we were still there about 3 hours which seems excessive. The vehicle we were purchasing was a Suburban that was a year old so we opted for the "Factory Extended Warranty" at least that's what we thought we were getting. We get home and I guess I missed the fine print as it was a 3rd party option. This option doesn't have great reviews, so it makes me a bit nervous and I really wanted the factory warranty. I have tried calling and emailing the finance guy w/ no response whatsoever...They were also missing the floor mats that were listed w/ the vehicle. The oil and air filter showed overdue and they said they had already serviced but could not provide proof. I have reached out a few times to the sales guy and he was "working" on it...now 3 weeks later, I still have no response, no car mats, and a questionable warranty. I would have highly recommended them had they just called back to work things out, but now I'm wondering what else I should be looking for.

I found a Truck I liked at Imperial Valley Chevrolet Buick GMC and had called ahead to schedule an appointment. I made the 150-mile drive and test drove the truck, I had been looking for a while and decided to purchase this truck. First let me state that the salesperson Jesus was very accommodating, however even after providing all the information required and being approved the dealership Management went above and beyond to stop me from buying this truck. Even after I had sent a mechanic to inspect the truck the dealership was still going out of it's way to exclude me from buying the truck. If you are not the right color DO NOT GO HERE. In the process I eventually had 1 Manager call to pacify me as I was contacting the salesman numerous times a day for about 10 days straight. How pathetic to have 1 individual trying to make a living and the MANAGEMENT staff acting like _________________________________________________. Keith Bielmeier in Homeland CA.

Matthew Leyva is the sales rep to see! He was informative, professional, polite and very nice. He answered any questions I had. I definitely look forward to working with him again in the future if I need too. I highly recommend him!

I had an 5 star experience with Ryan in Sales.I purchased a 2022 GMC AT4 in white. Not only do he drop it off to me personally. He also drove to San Diego to bring me all my paperwork. I had only one small issue with the truck and within one text to Ryan he had a solution in place the very next day. I already have and will continue to send business to Ryan at Chevy / GMC of IV!

I worked with Anna Flores and she was so amazing! She explained everything to me to where I could fully understand. She really went the extra step to make sure both myself and my daughter were comfortable and welcome! I will follow her wherever she goes! Wouldn't want to work with anyone else.
