I brought my diesel GMC Sierra 2500 in for service because it would not start. I needed two new batteries, but had to wait a couple days because I was told the bateries were not in stock. Once the batteries came in, I was told the engine was coding for the diesel exaust fluid heater. This also was not in stock and had to be ordered. I came in six days later to check if the repairs were done and then was told I needed two new thermostats, which, of course, were not in stock and had to be ordered. After a total of eight days of being in the shop, I finally got my vehicle back.

I made an appointment and the first technician over there asked me if I was dropping it off because they wouldn't have time to look at my vehicle. Why would you guys allow appointments if no work can be done? I scheduled in advance. I don't even know when I'll get another day off to go waste my time again like this. I'll be looking into taking my car elsewhere from now on. Service lane sucks. Quick Lube department have been nothing but great.

Shit show! They are good at getting you to see and drive any car. They want you to buy, of course. poor customer service. The buying process takes forever. Everyone seems to be new to what they are doing (or is their excuse), let alone all the lies they tell you to get you to buy a vehicle. My husband bought a vehicle at this location, and we spent 7 hours in there. After getting our deal closed, they still didn't get all the paperwork ready until after. We had to come back the next day to fix errors on the paperwork, and they never helped us or contacted us about the paint protection service! They were making a good effort to sell that, but they did a terrible job at helping get it done.Avoid this place at all costs!!

I found a Truck I liked at Imperial Valley Chevrolet Buick GMC and had called ahead to schedule an appointment. I made the 150-mile drive and test drove the truck, I had been looking for a while and decided to purchase this truck. First let me state that the salesperson Jesus was very accommodating, however even after providing all the information required and being approved the dealership Management went above and beyond to stop me from buying this truck. Even after I had sent a mechanic to inspect the truck the dealership was still going out of it's way to exclude me from buying the truck. If you are not the right color DO NOT GO HERE. In the process I eventually had 1 Manager call to pacify me as I was contacting the salesman numerous times a day for about 10 days straight. How pathetic to have 1 individual trying to make a living and the MANAGEMENT staff acting like _________________________________________________. Keith B. in Homeland CA.

Upgraded our truck from a 2021 custom to a 2023 RST Z71, our sales rep Susan Zavala was amazing , very kind and understanding, got us the best deal possible and fought for what we needed. Highly recommend asking for her if you are looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle

Don't waste your time and money here, just drive to San Diego or Los Angeles or even Yuma for a better experience and deals. They act like they're doing you a favor even if you're buying one of the most expensive vehicles in their lot. If you're looking for the worst car buying experience look for Efrain Salcedo, he'll be as unprofessional as it gets. You can thank me later.

This review is for the Service Department. I bought a Cadillac in San Diego and purchased an extended service agreement which included oil changes, which cost near $4000. Since I live in Brawley, I called the El Centro GMC dealer for an oil change, which I understood at the time of purchase I could do. At the time I scheduled the appointment I informed the girl answering the phone I had an extended warranty that included oil changes. She asked for the VIN #, which I didn't have near me (in the car) but she continued to book the appointment with no questions, and never said anything. Dropped the car off the night before, no problem. Went to pick up the car, and he said that will be $107. And so it began. The guy trying to help release the car back to me went and got the service manager Loren Gordner. Long story short, Loren tried to tell me that my contract was invalid because Marvin K Brown checked the wrong oil type. Are you kidding me? Not proud of how mad I got, but this was wrong on so many levels. Loren kept trying to blame MK Brown, that their contract was wrong, kept saying they (IV Auto) weren't GMC; I'm like dude you're a representative and GMC dealer. Not letting this go based on principle alone. Never been so angry in my life.

Be very careful with the finance department. If you don't ask about certain things they won't say anything. Very dishonest. Don't let them try to distract by being "friendly" and then trying to sneak bogus charges in on the contract. Eli osuna was the guy I was dealing with.

I actually gave you guys 2 chances already! Your people that work in your finance department have horrible customer service! Never again!! And I will definitely spread the word! Looking at all your reviews it seems that you already know what's going on and I guess you don't care! And by the way I bought a brand-new Cadillac CT5 sport!

Minus stars if it were possible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS DEALERSHIP--NO INTEGRITY AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. We saw their 2020 used Honda Accord on their website. We test drove the car at their 'sister' dealership in Chula Vista. When we went inside to negotiate the price, when we didn't agree to the published price, they threw the key on the desk and threatened to transport the car to Imperial Valley Chevy immediately-- the manager/ salesman was rude and hostile. We left the dealership. We finally agreed on a price with another salesperson at the imperial valley Chevy, he seemed so much nicer and agreed to deliver the car to our home- but ended up changing the day and the delivery times 3-4 times. We waited all day in a Sunday for the car and some other salesman we never saw before brought the car. We looked the car over and test drove it again- and asked them to get the car washed. As the car was being washed, we signed the papers. We shook hands and left -- after the car had been washed we now saw two deep gashes in the hood- the metal was even showing. The salesman wouldn't return my texts about the damage and I called the manager Arturo who kept talking over me in a loud voice and refused to make this right, This manager even hung up on me. Do not spend your time or money at this horrible store that has no integrity or scruples.

I bought a vehicle in October 2020 and I have never received my title to my vehicle. I tried to fix it on my own but the DMV wasn't able to help but told me to work with the dealership. They are corrupt or slow workers to why I can not receive a simple paper. Almost a year to not being able to use my vehicle that I bought. I even received a citation just for having my vehicle in front of my house thank god it was just a warning. Honestly they deserve a 0 out of 5 due to terrible service and unnecessary drama. I hope this message/review keeps people away from this company. These people don't deserve your money nor time. I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else so take caution because I put my trust in them and they broke it completely. I literally have my lawyer handling this situation for me.

I honestly can’t believe there still in business. My son bought a used 2015 car off there lot in the contract he was charged fees for the registration. He bought the car in Nov or Dec 2020. March 2021 his tags were do DMV sent him a letter stating there was an incomplete registration in progress meaning that they never finished The process of registering the vehicle that they sold my son we have gone down there many times and we keep getting the runaround no one can seem to get a hold of their own employees or they’re busy in a meeting so looks like my son is going to get an attorney to get this handled and less today when we go down there they take care of it he’s not playing around anymore. bad business stay away from this place when buying a vehicle
