I personally will never shop at this or any other game stop store what a major let down games are there business console’s games accessories no matter how old the game system they should at least try to satisfy the consumer never am I going to waste 3 hours of my time going to one of them again try Amazon you will have better luck getting stuff for your consoles

shady shady shady.garbage storethey don't pass out the pre order bonus gifts the workers keep them.they done even call when ur ore order is here.they just out things out on the floor.very disappointed.the manager dania is a scam

this game stop sucks i have already preorder a few things and they never call me to pick them up. staff here is lazy. I blame the manager garbage. lol something so simple to just call customers for there products.

The game had a sticker price of $4.99. The store employee retrieved the game, but the manager suddenly arrived to stop her and inform me that the game was $19.99 brand new. The game was opened and out of the wrapper with the disc stored in a separate location.The manager then tried to engage me in an argument that the game was brand new, that this is how GameStop does business, that they may have opened it to put it on display but that it was brand new.I told the manager decisively that an opened game is not brand new regardless of how GS chooses to do business. If he is selling games for a different price than what's on the sticker, and selling used games for new prices, then that is fraud and GS can be fined by the state.I then politely purchased the other products that I had chosen and left the store, not wishing to engage in a hostile, unprofessional argument; especially not in front of the other customers and the visibly uncomfortable employees.The other two employees were very friendly and helpful but the manager (sorry, did not get their names) is looking to is looking to scam customers and is prepared to start arguments. Up until now I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences having shopped at GameStop over the past decade.

SUPER RUDE STAFF! Went in with my family and the two woman behind the counter didn’t even look our way. We felt super unwelcomed. Never going back to this location. I rather order online.

I bought a PS4 and the part where you put the game wouldn’t come out and it was a used one so i went back and traded it and the second one was used to because it was the only they had so I was like why not get it I got home thenHooked it up and it won’t turn on when I want it on and it won’t turn off when I wanted it to be off and to be honest I had enough with that place I recommend to not get a used one
