Terrible don’t bother going to this car wash you will pay for them to scratch your glass and paint. I went and after leaving found a chip on my front window and a huge scratch on my passenger car door glass.

I paid for the highest car wash 30+ and left good tip, but when I got home saw that my car wasn't 100% clean. I would off expected this if I got the basic wash, but not for the most expensive. Next time I'll just get the basic one. I still like them but expected more. My car is dark and wasn't super dirty.

Unless you pay for the top of the line wash, you might be ignored when it comes to getting your vehicle dried after the wash. I, unfortunately, got my truck washed and discovered 2 SUVs getting the platinum treatment in the drying area as I pulled in for a hand dry. Yup, didn't happen... The "drying" portion of my $5 wash that I paid $15 for... Yup, shopping for another I'm-too-lazy-to-wash-my-own-ride car wash.

I always liked going to Eco Car because of the friendly and great service. however, they have raised their prices and listed every single little thing that was already provided before. I wanted my car vacuumed and they said no when I had paid $16.99! They only did the outside and I was just overwhelmed by their new rates and streaked rules. I will definitely not go there again.Service: Vacuuming

I have been coming to this car wash for a while but today I had a horrible experience this young lady decided to cut the line and go right by. I asked her to move which she just replied “No.” I called on one of the young men that scrubs the cars and he called management. After explaining management decided to let her cut because she already paid. The young lady could have learned a valuable life lesson but I guess not today.

Used to be a great place to wash your car…but management has let the place get dirtier and dirtier…the guys don’t really brush your car anymore…the drying roller at the end actually dirties your window instead of dry it…the vacuum hoses are falling apart…trash cans are full of trash and the drying bays are full of dirt and trash all over.

????Service is really bad now ? I was really happy with the service months ago with the employes that were attending before. Now young men working there dont wash good, they talk all the time between them, they take too long, the wait in line takes about 30 min and my car doesnt even look clean, all the back part windshield and door comes out veryyyyy dirty, they dont even brush it?♀️ seriusly thinking of canceling my member chip ?

Warning!!! Do not use the services of this establishment!! Faulty machinery and terrible customer service!!! As well as blatantly untrustworthythis carwash has the side scrubber with the thick ropes which used to only be reserved for the roof scrubber. They have been known to grab and rip off car auxiliaries such as antennas and mirrors. This is precisely what happened to me.My driver side mirror was ripped off form my door. Upon the completion of the car-wash cycle. I notified the gentlemen inside what had happened. He responded with out any remorse or suggestions, and no responsibility. He did not even offer me a refund for the car-wash. What it took was for me to show my frustration and raise my voice and a demand for compensation that caused him to offer my duct tape and knowing I had a thousand miles of driving ahead of me assure me it would hold (it did not).He brought to my attention a company policy that they where not liable for cars older than 2010 (my car is a 2006) even though that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my mirror before it was ripped off my door frame (the plastic seal and cover where shattered). I persistent and finally he had me fill out an incident report and said that I would get a call back from the manager the following monday. I waited a full week before I called back (they were not planning on calling me). They had told me that ownership had changed they were not responsible for the previous owners debts, which to my knowledge is not how buying a company works. I am also skeptical if they were being truthful as it seemed like they were ready to tell me anything that would get me to stop calling them.To some up, do not use the car-wash of this gas station. You will be doing it at the risk of your car's external appendages. These people are rude and untrustworthy.

The final product was not satisfactory. The 2 employees who were drying overlooked many areas of my vehicle which led to many water spots. I will have to rewash for my initial desired finished. Basically threw my money away!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! They bump up the prices with all sorts of mystery fees and you end up paying double what the original price is. If that is not bad enough one of the machines metal bar dented my car and the manager would not take responsibility for it. I would never go to this place again if I was paid to do so!!!!

Awful experience!! They tried to wipe my car dry with dirty rags and were acting inappropriately towards my wife!!
