I have had the worst nightmare of customer service experience at CVS ya Mas pharmacy! The worst. All they do is talk back they don't care for the well-being of customer care service. Knowingly I use to work at a pharmacy a long time ago. I have never treated anyone so difficult and hurtful in my life. They have not once but twice missed counted my medications. They have yelled at me for asking questions. Instead of having any symptoms and giving out their customer service care talk they give out excuses and just simply by saying, "O, well next time come early, we are closed!" Like too bad, idc what you need. El Centro, the valley has disgusting customer service. It hurts that I give my upmost caring happy going customer service. Instead I get treated like dirt. I am a patient since I since I was 10y. Still am. And customers service care doesn't exist. Another thing when someone is in the drive-thru they take forever. They never have ppls meds ready so they have them wait. When they should give the customers what the pharmacy has for them and have them come back. Not wait there while the others in the car need to pass thru. Sometimes it's just one thing that they need. Horribly sad on people are so can be disgustingly mean to others. I am so disappointed and hurt. When I work I love it because its not just about the money, well of course it is but its nice and lovely to help ppl. I love to help people and talk to people and give them my all of carelessness. I love helping ppl like they're ppl I love and care. I am disgust by those people at the pharmacy.

My first time using this pharmacy and it will be the last. My prescription was transferred over from Target CVS as they didn’t have my medication and I was told it will be ready by 12:30 before they go to lunch. I get there seven minutes before lunch, they informed the manager has not approved it but it will be ready in a few minutes. 12:30 they close and rolls down their security gate. The poor pharmacy tech comes to me and informs me I have to wait until after their lunch to get my medicine which is around 1pm. She was sincerely apologetic but I was annoyed the manager could care less. There’s a reason this pharmacy has low ratings. I recommend using a different pharmacy

Ive come across 2 different Pharmacy techs so far and have not been the most friendliest. Whomever answered the phone at 11:39 am today, female. Yeah, borderline rude. I've called: tech Answers: "please hold" 6 mins later i get disconnected.I call again, this time phrases like "I'll get to it when I can" isn't the most professional or even casual thats just making people feel like the patients health is not worth her time.Im calling from a doctors office to for a mutual patient.

Long wait times for prescription pick-up; especially in the Drive-Thru. Does not deliver to Medicare/Medi-cal homebound patients.

Ive been in the drive thru to pick up my meds and they took 1hr 10 mins with 3 cars and i still have 3 more cars infront of me this is bull....

As I read other people's comments of frustration with how slow the pharmacy is and how long they make you wait, I realize I am not the only one. I've been trying to speak with someone from the pharmacy since Friday morning for my medication I'm out of (it's now Monday). I've called 4 times and waited almost an hour each time, with no one ever picking up. I finally called the main line to see if something was wrong with their pharmacy phone line. Nope, just short staffed they said. But from what I understand this happens every day to many people. Today in the amount of time I waited on hold, I watered my flowers, gave myself a pedicure, made my breakfast, and still no one ever picked up. Now have to take time out of my busy day to drive over there and make them physically see me to acknowledge me. Not cool. Very poor management.

Waiting waiting and then they have the audacity to Hangup my call! I have been waiting for my sons medication since Monday! It's now Thursday night and nothing! It's a daily med and he's been without. I've been calling everyday and they say it'll be here next shipment. Nada. Nothing. Not even a call.

Never well stocked and the pharmacy is super slow. It gets a star because they have the convenience of a drive up but plan on waiting a long time and in the summer hope you have a good A/C. I signed it as my pharmacy of choice when I moved here from San Diego simply because I live a block away but I might as well be miles away given the inconvenience of waiting at pharmacy and simply not having products.

I called Monday afternoon to have my prescription transferred to this store. They told me I could pick it up in an hour. I was pleased surprised at the prompt filling of the prescription. I couldn't make it, so I came the next day around 10:30am. Guess what???? Prescription isn't ready. I'd have to wait. It's a two hour round trip to get here. I can't come back later, so I wait. I've been sitting in the store for 45 minutes. I'll update when I finally get my pills. UPDATE: I left without my meds after an hour of sitting in a chair. It's a two hour round trip and $40 in gas to to this. I wasted half a day and $40. This was my first and last time at CVS.

I have been sitting in the drive up pharmacy line for almost and hour and there were only two cars ahead of me. If the window was made for convenience, it’s failing miserably!It’s a Wednesday night and there are hardly any people in store or in the drive up window. So frustrating!!
