Very bad job Luis, the manager, lied to me, I bought 4 lines and to pay 25.00 dollars for each line, which he lied to me, two of the lines belonged to another person, they overcharged me and I reported it to the Cricket company and they didn't do it. nothing, all the staff very unprofessional, I do not recommend the store

Excellent client service; All the employees are very friendly and serve you much better than at the T-Mobile store at 2052 N Imperial Ave. In the CA Center there is a Manager named MELINA who is very Rude, Haughty and Disrespectful.

Worst costumer service. I had a problem with my phone service and the guy “tried” to fix it for 5 min. He didn’t explain what happened to my phone or gave me a solution. He told me he couldn’t fix it and his suggestion was to call costumer service. In another occasion I was told I couldn’t keep my same number that I needed to unlock the account from the other carrier, so I thought my best option was to just get a new number. I went to a different location and they told I could have kept my old number that the employee was just too lazy to do it. I will never be back to that store. Im thankful that the other location in 4th street was able to FIX what they couldn’t.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Check your receipts b4 u leave the store. I was charged $50, 4 screen protector I didn’t ask 4. Then my discounts were taken off of the screen protector price, instead of the phone price. I’ve been back to the store 3 different times. They still won’t refund my money for an item I didn’t ask for or get. I got an iPhone 11 & they were d*** enough to charge me for an iPhone 13 screen protector. Nobody on our account even has an iPhone 13. When I spoke to Luis, the manager, he said that employee wasn’t there that day & could I wait till he spoke with her, next day, to see what had happened. I never got a call back from them & this issue has never been addressed. We’ve had cricket service there for more than 5 years. That’s how they treat loyal customers.

The employee closed the door at 6:49pm and told me to leave the store! Official hours say Cricket is open until 7pm.

Extremly bad. Very bad expierience with Edgar a young lady and the manager whos name is Luis. Edgar screamed at my 2 year old daugther told her to not touch anything from the store and tbey told me to go to other stores because after having me there for 4 hrs asking for all my idinity said i didnt qualify for a phone and that i was just there for the promotion. Ofcourse I was there for the promotion the whe time I was waitting for them to help me with service I saw like 30 clients walked out with new phones and switch to that company from another. One guy did walked in asking about why his phone hasnt arrived and its been 2 weeks. Another couple went to complain. As i been told that store and the one in calexico are just no good. Abd tbat theowner careless I will not say more because thats not my buisness but cmon have some dignity. They lost on a 600 dlls sale. No skill at all. Manager couldnt even put my information correct he had me doing everything on the computer from the store
