Waited in the customer service line. Needed to get a new membership card. Nora was incredibly rude. Jorge heard her and offered to help me immediately. Thank you Jorge. Nora -someone needs to teach you some customer service skills if you are going to be working in that department.

My husband and I drove from the next town over excited to go to a Costco. Immediately got yelled at in the very loudly entry way for not having a card and treated like we were an inconvenience. This was after fighting our way through the jammed and crazy parking lot. We will never be back so glad we didn't buy a membership in advance.

We use this pharmacy regularly for prescriptions and even vaccinations. All those that work there are always willing to help and very pleasant even though they stay very busy . We had to go to another pharmacy out of town recently and the experience was painful and made us appreciate our local Costco pharmacy even more

Tonight- COSTCO has Failed to IMPRESS me... NOT COOL COSTCO!I have enjoyed Costco for 30 years... Now I am grumpy enough to share my issue- COSTCO of El Centro is now punishing their customers who spend too much money. Really- it is bizarre and puzzling- but they have a new policy that penalizes those who accumulate too high of a rewards check. If your rewards check exceeds $300 they will no longer cash it for you. They will exchange it for a check that you then have to take to your bank and wait for it to clear... UGH!!! Or if you want to allow them to just credit it to your Visa Costco Card- that is another option. GONE are the joys of taking your rewards certificate down to your local COSTCO to get that little bit of 'mad money' cash that is all yours- (and maybe you tell your spouse and maybe you don't...) What kind of anti-customer garbage is this COSTCO???? Solution - There are only two of us at home - we don't really need to shop at COSTCO anymore. Or if we can't cut the COSTCO habit- just limit it to special events... To top it all off the whole pizza we purchased - was doughy and substandard.- yuck!!!!

I came here on a Saturday a little before 3 pm. There was a long line by the exit as always. There were two people checking the receipts by the exit. the young Hispanic female checking the receipts by the exit started talking to the two guys exiting in front of me, started flirting with them, and started touching them in a flirtatious way! The convo was at least 5 min, the line behind me all went to the other line shooting them dirty looks, I was nexy in line so I patiently waited. When I finally had enough I tried to switch lines, and she said oh I'm open! I walked up to her annoyed, almost peeing myself with my pregnant belly, and asked" oh are you open now?" She screamed at me, "oh why are you in a hurry or something?" I then said, yes, I have a dr apt because I'm pregnant. She then told me, oh if you are pregnant then you shouldn't be here. How unprofessional!

Two years into the plandemic and they decide to reinstate a baseless mask mandate. A month ago here, no masks. Didn't die. Bye Felicia. Won't be going here. California is the worst.

The layout of this Costco is just not nearly as convenient as the others I have been to elsewhere. The warehouse itself was very hot, very jam packed (we went on a weekend day, but still...), and the parking lot was a nightmare. I probably won't be back.

You would think COVID didn't exist...not a single sanitizer for customers anywhere in the store. Carts are not sanitized, no one seems to care. In San Diego, carts are continuously sanitized right outside the door so you feel safe touching it. The carts at this Costco are disgusting. So much for caring about their customers....

Had a very good experience in the optical department. After an excellent eye exam, Manuel helped me to get sun glasses with my prescription in it! Love them! Excellent service, will come back..

I had ordered items online several times, and i notice that the delivery guy doesnt ring the door bell sometimes. last night my packages were stolen. I didnt know they were at my door. I did not have any notifications from my ring app. I got a notification when a thief stole my packages. I reviewed the ring app and the delivery guy didnt appear on the video. I dont know when he delivered the packages. I dont know if they are request to ring the bell or not. Im assuming they delivered the packages minutes before they were stolen. The camara from the ring bell didnt detect the delivery guy just the thief.

Closes for lunch between 1:30-2:30. They take a very long time to fill your prescription

They close for lunch but do not post these hours on internet. It says open all when they are not. Further says close if short staff. Not true closed no matter seize of staff. c
