For me it is perfect AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO OPEN TO ENTER THE ATM. (JUST SWIP YOUR CARD AT THE ENTRANCE,) IT IS FOR YOUR SAFETY, AND THE DOOR UNLOCKS AUTOMATICALLY AND WHEN YOU ENTER IT CLOSE AGAIN. IT IS SO THAT YOU ARE SAFE AND DO NOT BE ASSAULT AND STEAL AND YOU CAN DO YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH QUIET

I wish when the outside ATM was broken. Or something wrong with it. A sign could be posted outside. So I don't have to waste my time going through the drive through.

Well I went today to try and open an account and the guys that sits in the middle cubicle was so rude . I asked how to open an account and he snaps at me saying you have to have an appointment. Like I'm supposed to know that already. So then proceeded to ask him how appointments are placed. He snapped back at me again it's online and rolled his eyes, at this time I asked him if he was rude to all his customers, or if this is how they treat their customers in this bank? He then just proceeded to to say you I needed an appointment, never gave me any further information, or tried to help me whatsoever . So I went home and figured it out online, I would of really liked to talk to someone that works there because I still have some questions. Guess that will be another adventure when I return back to the bank.

Recently, I helped a friend open a new account at the Chase Bank in El Centro, CA. We were assisted in the process by our banker Mr. Ruben Lopez. Mr. Lopez was extremely professional, very helpful and made our experience 5-Star all the way. I plan on also opening a new account there as well due to the excellent customer service we received. I highly recommend this branch and make sure you request Mr. Ruben Lopez as your banker. Chase Bank is very fortunate to have such a great employee working for them!

Worst bank ever …. Have been depositing my check there for a while … well on this recent check they decided to put on hold for three weeks…. Now can’t finish my Xmas shopping …. Thanks A lot Chase Bank will be closing my account soon

My worst experience at this bank today was that I took 800.00 dlls in ones, but when the teller started to bundle the money in 100s, she said that my money was contaminated, and started to smell it...that I have to send them to the federal reserve, that she will not count my money at all, very rude and make me feel to embarrassed, since when the money has no value, so she return my money to me in the worst manner, after that I wanted to talk to the manager ROBERT VALENZUELA, and treated me very bad and ONLY game the # of the federal reserve to replace my money, I don't think is fair to treated me like that, I felt humiliated , I want to give them a 0 Start, do not deserve my money, time, my business, very bad service and personal

I want to give a shout out high five props to Associate Banker Valeria Navarro. She went above and beyond with her customer service and most importantly listened to my need that with her help, put me at rest even though they could have locked to door on me at 5 pm. Appreciated her help and service.

It is very annoying to arrive when the bank is closed and you cannot enter an ATM since the door lock is not unlocked. IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME SOON I WILL MAKE A GLASS AND UPLOAD IT TO THE SOCIAL NETWORKS. I WILL NEVER TALK TO THE ATMOSPHERE.

Their ATM on Rockwood Dr. in Calexico, CA has been down for a couple days. Very inconvenient to get cash when it is the only ATM there and no local branch other than in El Centro. HELP!!!

Horrible bank try to cash her own check had someone write me a check from the bank the inconvenience of paying $10 everywhere else is fine and then the manager had to say do you need two forms of ID and I gave them six forms of ID with my name on it and date of birth and they still said no one of the worst experience I’ve had in a while they look at me like if I’m d*** for crying out loud it’s their own checks. Why don’t they take their own check the teller seem pretty rude in the managers that branch do not recommend anybody to go to El Centro branch
