Apparently the company has new owners and unfortunately they are worse. I requested the items since March 17, 2020 and never once I received a call from them updating me with information. I called serval times and every time the front desk lady had excuses to why the process was taking long. Two months waiting just for her to tell me “Oh, we don’t accept the insurance”. That information could’ve been said instantly. She wasn’t doing her job!! My father is an elderly man who urgently need these items. But, this company seems not to care and only showing how terrible they are in making business. I addressed this issue to the supervisor. He was polite and sorry for how this was handled. Hopefully they can provide better service. No elderly or client should experience bad customer service. Clients are #1 priority!

The front desk lady with the heavy accent has terrible customer service.she is very rude to customers and insurance providers that she speaks to on the phone. Don’t waste your time going here just go elsewhere. Also she needs to keep in mind that there is always someone much more delightful, smarter, and faster that is willing to do her job for less.

By not giving people the run around. You call and check on something that is suppose to be on order. They will tell you it either hasn't come in or they haven't gotten order yet. Then when you check back, they will tell you it came in and they tried to call you but you didn't answer so they gave it to someone else. Why would they call and not leave a message or give your item away to someone else if it was ordered for you. Knowing that you have been checking constantly for the item and would be calling them for it. Something just doesn't seem right about how the place is doing business.

Dont expect them to call you for anything. If your waiting on diapers or anything else i suggest you go over to the office and keep asking because they seem to always forget. Smh.

Staff is there at best. After leaving hospital i took prescription in for medical supplies. Back surgery. Neeed wheel chair toilet riser an possible. After almost 3 weeks still nothing. No call back. Closed on fridays and bo products del as yet.
