Ordered a screen. Never came in and repeatedly tried to get a refund. Never heard from them and when confronted was then hastled about the time taken. Showed proof of purchase and was scammed out of it.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! They have had my child's tablet almost two months and it still isn't fixed. The first time the part was delivered it came broken okay that happens. But we had to wait almost two weeks for the second one to be ordered and shipped. I called three weeks later and the guy said yes you can come pick it up it's been ready. I asked why I wasn't called when they finnished it and all he could say was I don't know. Before even leaving the mall parking lot I try to turn on the tablet and see if it worked. No shock at all half the screen did not work. I took it right back in and they said they would fix it. A week later I call and ask what's going on with it and the man said "I have good news and bad news" he broke the screen trying to see what was wrong with it but hey he ordered me a new one. As if he's doing me this huge favor. Mind you I've already payed alomst 100$ for them to fix it. By this time it's well over a month and I'm so unbelievably mad. Mind you this tablet means so much to my child because it was a gift from my grandfather whom she was super close with that passed away due to having three different types of cancer. This tablet is the only thing she has left that connects her to him. I dropped this tablet off September 19th, today is November 4th and I called to ask if it was ready and I was told they haven't been working on it because I got upset last week and hung up on them..... So they returned my part and didnt bother telling me that I can come pick it up and they don't wish to work on it. I'm so outraged at this company if I could give them negative stars I would. Not once did they bother to reach out to me on any occasion to let me know what was going on or that I could come pick it up. They have zero communication skills and even lower customer service skills. Needless to say I will not return and I will be letting everyone I know to never use this company. The owner should be embarrassed to call these men his employees. I would be.

Their hours are listed on their Facebook page. Went down and had 2 iPhones 7 and 7 plus batteries replaced. He asked questions about the way the phone was acting. Very knowledgeable and repaired quickly.

They have no clue to what they are doing. They told me they would fix my note 8 and come back in 3 hours, came back after 3 hours and he said he was able to fix it and would give me a full refund for the replacement screen that wasn't even on the phone. 2 hours later after I yelled at the owner over the phone he showed up and took another hour to fix it. 6 months later I broke the screen again and took it to a Samsung supported repair shop. They opened it and called me in immediately, showed me were someone had opened it, broke the antenna and something else and tried to glue it back together, they then told me they wouldn't touch it because they don't want to be responsible when it breaks. So the fat kid and the crooked owner broke my phone and tried to cover it up. Just warning everyone it may look fixed but they may have did more damage. Just go to UbreakIfix and get it done right the first time.
