“Hands down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The whole team here is AMAZING. Idk if it’s something in the water there or the way they were trained or just how hard they work but the customer service was 10/10. They were incredibly willing to work with me on my monthly rentals where I booked for a total of 3 and switched out vehicles quite a few times throughout. I wish I could recall everyone’s names but whoever is currently working there deserves a shoutout, I know I will butcher the spelling of their names but Merna and the other ladies were a few notable mentions along with the younger guys. This is a really busy location and even when they’re overwhelmed trying to accommodate all of their guests at once they do it as quickly and efficiently as possible, all with a smile on their face and staying professional the whole time. They don’t rush you, they make easy small talk, they’re friendly, etc. It was truly the best rental experience I’ve had in comparison to other Enterprises, Hertz, etc. If I find myself in the area for another healthcare contract I for sure will be coming back. Thank you to the whole team for making a small piece of doing my job of travel so much easier and stress free - an absolute blessing to know I didn’t have to worry about this detail when being in el Centro.”

“Was impressed at the vehicle I got for rental. It was a nice one! Honestly I didnt want to stop driving it around. The price for the weekend trip wasnt bad to be honest. Pick up and drop off was super quick. Took like 15 mins the most. The only reason I give it 4/5 is because in order to pick up your rental you have to have a $200 deposit with credit card or $500 deposit with a debit card. I looked online on where I booked as well as Hertz online and i did not see anywhere were it stated there was going to be a deposit vs other car rentals. So if you plan to go on Vacation and have a budget, keep the deposit in mind. I did get that back after dropping off my vehicle but i wish I could have used that money on my trip.”
