All I really have to say is that This is what customer service should be. Our Tow Technician JOE was AWESOME!! He was patient ,friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure safety was a top priority and was able to make this experience great. We need more people like Joe!Service: Local hauling

Omg! This place is utterly ridiculous! I need a jumpstart on my truck and they want to charge $150.!!!!!!!! I also needed 2 gallons of diesel (at a charge of $12. or so which is fine) but they tried to justify the sky high pure unadulterated ridiculous price of an extra $138. for the jumpstart because of the cost of the fuel. No thanks, I'd rather walk! Not to mention how tacky their name is! We all know what a "camel toe" is, as a woman I find that quite vulgar!

I'D GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!!!! I broke down in the middle of nowhere!! AAAs ALLISON SAID THAT THE SOUTHERN AAA DOES NOT COVER YOU NORTHERN PEOPLE!!! CAMEL TOWING CAME OUT THERE MECHANIC HELPED FOR 6 HOURS THE FIRST DAY STILL HAD AN ISSUE SO THEY TOWED ME TO FRONT OF THEIR SHOP HOOKED ME UP TO ELECTRICITY AND OFFERED WATER. I WAS IN 28 FT MOTORHOME. BEING A WOMAN HE TOLD ME DON'T WORRY ARMANDO LIFTS ON THE PROPERTY AND THERE WERE LIKE 18 CAMERAS. THEY WERE THE BEST!! NEXT MORNING HIS MECHANIC WORKED ANOTHER 2 HOURS AND SENT ME ON MY WAY . HE TOLD ME TAKE RECEIPT TO AAA AND THEY WILL IMBURSE ME!!!! THANKS ARMANDO, JOE AND YOUR OTHER GUY.Services: Battery service

Went to the hardware store came out F**K! Dropped my car keys in the car, Locked Out!! Called Mando from Camel Tow, always great customer service, he said don't trip I'll be there in 25 min, 24 min later he showed up opened the car door in 3 minutes, saved me again , not the first time I use his services, always on point with service and price.Service: Car lockouts

I spoke with Mondo, he and his staff was willing to help when no one else would. Including premium AAA RV coverage which started the entire problem. They were quick to respond when I had questions or asked for updates. Fixed the mechanical issues and got my family back on the road. If you're in the area and find yourself in a bind. This is definitely the place to call!

Out here at Gorden's Well and got my RV stuck like chuck. Have them a call and they was out here fast and got my RV out without a problem. Both guys was professional and did an amazing job. Will be my go to for any issues I have when in the Dunes.Service: Car towing

Lance Berry towed our vehicle from Jacumba to El Centro. He even dropped us off at a hotel. Lance saved us from a "nightmare". He is very friendly and very helpful. Great person!!!!
