I booked Eddie to help with a move from Cathedral City to Rancho Mirage. He was easy to work with and well worth it.
Yes, that move is only a short distance, but it's too much to handle on my own. There is enough stuff to worry about when you buy a new house and need to plan a move. Doing it yourself is simply not worth it. Do yourself a favor and ask Big Guy Movers for help!

BiGguy Movers were recommended by my son and daughter-in-law and I am so glad I called them.
Eddie and his team make themselves available from planning the move, scheduling and even accommodating a last minute change that they were able to work with.
I had high expectations having done many military moves as a Navy wife with stateside, national, across the Atlantic and back to the West Coast moves - and they met and exceeded them all from start to finish!
They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and most mindful of time - not wasting any of it to ensure a smooth and seamless move.
They asked questions about what was going where, mapped a drop off I had and a pick-up to load in a manner that would streamline everything. They even contacted one of the companies on the best way to move one particular piece of furniture.
At the end of the move everything was put together and placed where it belonged as I had marked the boxes and furniture pieces.

Big Guy Movers helped my family move in July, and they were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The team showed up on time in professional uniforms, which immediately gave us confidence in their professionalism.
Their communication skills were excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. They were also very strong and handled all the heavy lifting with ease. What impressed us the most was their expert knowledge on how to move large items safely without causing any damage to our property.

Eddie and his helpers were absolutely fantastic. They were communicative and punctual. They were really quick and efficient unloading my 26’ uhaul truck into my storage unit and made it all fit. Would absolutely utilize them again for any moving needs.

I was very dissatisfied with their service. I canceled on them two times because of my financial situation and because I couldn't get a U-Haul. when I finally did, I let them know and they were on another job. They said they would be at my old address about 3 o'clock, but they would let me know. I waited until 5 o'clock that afternoon before they showed up. was able to get a 10 foot U-Haul truck that was in my budget. I had already paid U-Haul for the big guys movers services . I am 58 years old. I really needed someone to help me move because of the heavy stuff.. I had an exercise bike, 2 tables, one small kitchen table with four chairs 55 inch TV a big living room mirror and about seven containers two end tables and two lamps and my grandson's toys. I believe all of that would've fit in the truck. All they did was complain. The whole time that I should've got a bigger truck because it had a ramp. they did not pack the truck right so all my stuff didn't fit in the truck that took them about 45 minutes to we drove 18 miles to my new apartment, which was upstairs. they said to unload it was a different service even though I didn't use the whole two hours that I paid for so I paid them another $85 plus $25 so the total was $270. I still haven't moved all my containers my end tables my two little lamps my tv my big mirror or my grandsons toys from my old apartment. They are still there. I felt like I've been taken advantage of here are the pictures of the truck they loaded..

Eddie came to my house, looked at all my stuff which was mostly packed, boxed and staged. Following are copies of his texts, “Yes for the loading only. 3movers 3hr $380”. I agreed and we set a date. This is another text, “ 20' truck should be fine”. I got a 26’ truck just in case. Next copy, “Ok see you today's around 1-2. Keep you posted”. Next text, “we should be there by 4”. Finally at 4:30 they arrived. Well… it took 2 hours longer and at close to 10:pm they left without loading everything we had in the 26’ truck and leaving a big empty space in the back of the truck. Then comes the bill…$920. I went two hours over, he said. When I asked why so high, he replied I forgot the piano. He saw the piano, we discussed it. He’s moved it before. He told me where on the truck he was going to load it. I even told Eddie I would buy 2 heavy duty dollies. No I’ve ask 4 times for an explanation and justification of the bill. He won’t respond. My opinion and conclusion is the Eduardo Solano (Eddie) might be a hard worker, but lack integrity, is dishonest, lacks the professionalism he claims, but has not earned.

I hired this company to help me load a uhaul truck in El Centro. They never showed up and stopped answering my calls and texts. Stay away from this company as they are unreliable.

I highly recommend Eddie and his crew. They moved a large, incredibly heavy safe, some furniture and two pianos, delivering items to three different addresses all before noon of the day they started. They took excellent care of our stuff. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

I needed a piano moved. These guys are excellent. They kept me informed when they would be there, came in packed up the piano delivered it to the destination all within about 2 1/2 hours. I was pleased.

I called this company in El Centro for a small job in Palo Verde that most other movers either overbid or didn't want to do. Though a small job, Eddie and his crew knocked it out and did it with professionalism and great attitudes. I highly recommend them and will personally call them in the future for any size job. It's hard to find honest contractors that believe in fair pricing and customer service no matter the size of the job.
