My work van broke down on a busy highway at the warmest part of the day. I was over an hour away from home. Needless to say, I was stressed. This company was great with communication and efficient in helping me get towed to a nearby repair shop.The driver made sure I was okay upon arrival and let me sit in the cool truck cab while he handled everything. I truly appreciate the help and professionalism in such a hectic and dangerous setting! Fantastic job.

I got myself stuck in some sand yesterday, mere FEET from nice hard packed sand. Fred came to my rescue with that beast of a Ram and got me out.
Not only did he do that, he went above and beyond to make me feel safe even before he got to me. I'll be honest, with the sun going down, I was getting pretty scared. But as soon as he said "I'm coming for you" I knew I was going to be alright.
Fred, you are amazing and you deserve to win the lottery.

The guy that helped to respond to my road assistance request was very friendly and avoided me from getting an additional cost on my insurance. My insurance messed up and gpt my information trembled with another local policy.

I needed roadside assistance for a blow out. When the driver came, he began to lower the bed and advised me that he is not liable for damages due to the low front end. When I asked if he can just change blowout with a spare, he said "Damn dog. You should of mentioned that before." I immediately got offended and told the guy "don't worry. I'll take care of it. Just go." He said I'll do it. I told him no because of the way he responded to me and infront of my wife. He began to raise his voice to the point to where I began to yell gtfoh, I got this. So he calls his dispatch to report that "I" was out of line. So when he left, I called the company to file a complaint. The elderly woman who was the dispatch immediately said "I got the complaint against you." I said excuse me miss? Your driver began to use foul language and I responded just like anyone would. The dispatch had the audacity to say that she would of responded the same way to me. So I told the lady that the driver is out of line and that she is out of line to respond to me the way she did. Her response to me was "Sir, I'm a 70 year old woman." I responded with "you are older than me and you should have more lifetime experience in respect to others who are customers." I told her to have a good day, I would be calling my insurance company to remove them for local calls, and hung up. What a sad experience.

My daughter and her friends got a flat tire on the expressway at almost midnight. The tow truck driver, Fred came promptly, changed the tire and made sure the girls were safe. We are very appreciative of the kindness and his extra effort to make sure they were okay.Service: Tire change
