I opened an account today at this branch. The front desk attendant was very polite setting up an appointment. Then Elya, the senior banker, made the appointment quick, easy, and informative. Great service overall!

I have had a checking account and a savings account with BOA in El Centro, CA for over 10 years and I haven't had any significant problems with them. They are very nice to me, maybe it's because I'm nice or because I'm good looking. Once in a very long moon one of their ATMs might be out of service, but they have so many of them it's never a problem for me. So maybe I'm just lucky.

It sucks that this is only ATM in the City of friendly and the closest one is two cities away. There our times were the machine is not operating right and or sometimes it's not working.

This BOA has gotten real casual! People with blue hair who Iv never seen smile at clients, the teller whom "helped" me wasn't wearing a name tag and barely said 2 words to me, much less looked up, several employees in worn out casual tennis shoes, casual polos, and very casual tee shirts. And an employee with ear buds in his ears listening to music (it was pretty loud for me to hear) not trying to be a Karen here but, whoa!Ever since BOA and people with EDD accounts and the bank not resolving missing funds and frozen accounts is really is bad on the banks part. Never, will I re open an account here.

They have gotten rid of business window and though it's supposed to be a full service branch they don't offer same services or products like I've been able to get at all others that I've visited. Oh and have total 10 possible windows with 2-3 open even when lines are over 30 people. Don't have handicap window either and not properly trained employees lest we wouldn't have these issues.

If the lines are so long and Costumers have to wait hours, why doesn't the bank open another branch. They certainly can afford it. B of A is one of the richest banks in the country.

The most poorly ran Bank of America. They have Older people waiting in line in the sun and employees on lunch break when everyone else is also on a luch break and going to the bank.

Horrible service, slow service, the tellers are rude if you ask questions about the bank. They removed the handicapped window and if persons come alone they won't know what's going on. They have to make line like everyone else. Now the bank closes without notice or any signs.

El Centro branch. What can I say? To describe their customer service as pathetic pays it a compliment it does not deserve. No responses to repeated emails, phone calls, and messages left. Try another location.

Slowest bank ever….there’s 9 teller windows but only 2-3 open with a line that almost reaches the door….garbage customer service.
