Pick another Autozone!. Personal is rude, acts like you're a bother, and doesn't want to help you. My husband and I were traveling when the engine light came on. So we pulled over to get it checked. Ask for them to plug in to find out whether we needed to stop immediately before getting back on the road to travel thru the desert. The employee just looked at my husband like he was a bother huffed and shoved it at my husband and said just plug it in. My husband took it, and it came out. He said they were so rude. We put it in, and he took it back in and handed it back to them. Huff again then handed it off to someone else to run the report. Here's my advice. If you don't want to do what you're advertising, then post you no longer provide this assistance.
