“The staff here is always so kind and honest i came to have a part fixed again (after 2 yrs since the first repair) and they informed me it was still under warrenty therefore saving me A LOT of money. Their prices are fair, no great way below any dealer or those quik shops next to dealers. Ralph listens and will help you get it done i will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else
So like I said in the upper review I would not take my vehicle anywhere else so I bought a used car and I brought it here to the one on imperial ave and had them go through my vehicle and inspect it, most places would take advantage of this and recommend repairs not necessarily needed but they gave me an honest report and explained every repair needed which was just wipers and 2 tires I feel confident in my new (used) car now and definitely confident that I wont get screwed here thanks Ralph and team
Came back again to have my car serviced and get an oil leak looked at and an estimate to repair the oil leak, turns out to be the oil pan. I won't say the quoted price but here at Daniel's tire service they are about 1/3 the price the kia dealership gave me and about half the price of two other local places, I wouldn't trust my car repairs to be done anywhere else but I was curious on others prices”
“We took a work truck here for A/C issues after taking it to two other locations, both said it was fixed but it wasn't. The owner of this shop took a look at the trucks A/C and let us know what was wrong. He spent the time looking at the truck and then told us to take back to other repair shop since it would be covered under the warranty at the other shop. He could have just done the work and charged us for it but instead told us what was wrong and to take back to his competition so we wouldn't have to pay more money. Really appreciate the help and saving us some money!!”

“This place was sooo amazing.
I had my baby sister sleeping in the back of the car when we arrived and when we got there they were very attentive. They invited me into their office and offered us water because it was a little warm for the baby outside. When I went to the DMV, to turn in my break and lamp inspection they turned me away because they told me they had not given me the correct certificates. I called Jose and he quickly picked up, explained that the certificates now looked different, texted me to confirm with pictures that I had gotten them and when I went back to the person who turned me away at the DMV they apologized because he was right. They're an amazing place, they should have ?????!!”

Traveling across the country from San Diego and had to get new tires after a blowout. We needed to get back on the road and these guys got us in and out the door in 35 minutes. They mounted one of my existing tires as a spare and the price for 4new tires was around 150.00 less than another quote that I got that morning. My truck handled so much better after leaving and we got to Northeast Oklahoma with ease. The front desk staff at motel 6 down the street deserves a huge shout out for the recommendation.
If I'm ever in the area with a need for their services, I will definitely stop here again. I'll share this shop info with anyone I know who's traveling through the area. 10 star shop for sure!”

“My 2007 Ford Super Duty 6.0 ruptured a hose just past the sand dunes off I-8. Had it towed to Ricks, and immediately the owner came out and found the problem. He was getting ready to close, but I already had a ride back to San Diego county. I told him to take his time and I would come back to pick it up. Went in this Saturday (Oct 29) and was told to take the truck and pay later.Wow! Never had that happen before.Great customer service, and very trusting.”
“I had a very pleasant experience, took my vehicle for a cracked windshield that had just happened 10 minutes before. The lady at the front desk maria was very helpful. They took a look at my vehicle right away and within an hour it was repaired at an affordable price, without having to replace my windshield. Totally recommend.”

“After having our radiator blow out on us during our roadtrip from San Diego to Phoenix, and having our vehicle towed to El Centro, the closest city, we woke up the morning after a holiday needing service badly for our vehicle. I woke up around 7am and started calling all the mechanics in the city. After getting a quote for over $1500 from the local QuickLane to replace our radiator, I got a message from Ernesto's offering immediate help and a much better quote, the only mechanic to call us back that morning too. "Ernie" and his family welcomed us to their property 30 minutes later that morning and got to work. It wasn't some impressive, fancy, repair shop (it was a home based business) but you could tell they cared about making sure our car got fixed and sending us back safely on the road. They replaced our radiator that same morning, made sure we had water and A/C while we waited, and even took a ride in the car with us after servicing to ensure everything was working perfectly. They also took the time to text us a few hours later to make sure we got home safely. Would recommend. Kind, helpful family.”
