Apple Repair in El Centro is ran by a very polite and professional gentleman named Diego. I rarely leave reviews on anything but, sometimes you come across a business that genuinely deserves it, this is one of those businesses. Apple Repair shop is a hidden gem in the Imperial Valley, Diego fixes devices extremely fast and below suggested retail prices. I have a child that damages iPad screens semi regularly, Diego never fails to repair them quickly and at a price that is beyond fair. Today my iPhone screen cracked, I called Diego to leave a message, he picked up right away, and told me to swing by. Diego had all the parts in stock, fixed the screen in 8 minutes before the store was even open and I was on my way. The Apple repair store is clean and organized, which is rare for the valley. Diego is a rare breed among fellow business owners here in the valley, he sets the bar high. Can’t say enough good things about this electronics repair store and its owner, I really wish other businesses here in the valley would operate in a similar fashion. THANK YOU DIEGO!!!.

My go to spot for iPhone repairs. I’ve been taking my phones here for several years since they were located off 8th Street. I’ve had several batteries replaced and even had screen repairs done. All work was very professionally done and in a very timely manner while you wait, depending on how many customers are ahead of you. I usually only wait 20-30 minutes. They also work on Samsung phones and tablets also. I’ve always been more than satisfied with the work and I highly recommend them.

They made the back of my daughter's iPhone. I took it to the Best Buy because the screen turned green. The Best Buy told me it had glass inside and that caused the problem. I called but a person who doesn't speak Spanish answers.

They look for any excuse not to give a guarantee. The owner is cool but when it's under warranty he doesn't want to lose the screen if it's melted on the inside or broken on the outside it was and he charged me 110 you owe 240 on Samsung

I took my son's phone a week ago to repair the back of the iPhone 12 pro Max, they charged me 120 and now when I got up I noticed that my screen was rising, the screen was taken by another repair store and as soon as they removed it they noticed that the The reason was that he had done a very dirty job in your place. Inside there were pieces of glass and they had glued the magnet to the battery. Causing the battery to swell
Do not go to this place, I do not recommend it.

This is my second visit. Straight up front pricing, quick turnaround. Would recommend. If I did have a complaint it would be the hours of operation. 12:00-5:00 can make it a little tough sometimes. Still not a big enough issue to go elsewhere.

What a great service, the back of my phone cracked. took it here to apple repair and he fix it no problem, on top of that he fix my charging port and my speaker and added a protective glass in my screen. Really good service and good price as well.

My wife took her elderly friend to this shop at my suggestion. She had been told by Verizon that she would have to go to SanDiego to get her phone fixed. These folks fixed it quickly. I knew they would they are great. She also said that they were very kind and patient with her.
