Said the wait was going to be 45 min and the could plug the tire. 1.5 hours later they told me that they couldn't do the plug and that I would need to buy a new tire.

I was sold tire that are out of date. It is almost 2025. These tires were manufactured in 2019. I expect someone to contact me about making this right.

I've been a loyal customer for years and customer service was always great, but lately these past 3 months it's been taking more than 30 min to get even a simple air check, with me being first in line. All the workers looking at each other and look at my car and know I'm there but not 1 of them bothers to come. This is ridiculous! They want us to buy their tires and promise great customer service, but where's the service when you need it? I hope management sees this review and does something about it. It's been going on way too long

Service sucks dont go there went to get the air pressure check on my car. Waited literally 20 min for someone to come out and even asked an employee and only thing they said was that someone should be coming out. Many employees saw that we were waiting and no one did nothing about it. Only reason I went its because a week ago I purchased brand new tires from them and my car was saying thr pressure was low. People do better. I would give 1 star if I could. Also, I even tried to call the store no one answer the phone I was on hold for 5 min until I left without having my issue solve.

Professional & courteous staff!! I came to CA to vacation with family. Left my car with our trusted mechanic of decades for brakes. He called & told me I needed new tires, like ASAP because they are cracking on inside & out. Told him they were year old and he did not believe it. He found my receipt from June 2023, showing tires have about 10k miles on Brisgestone Tires that are rated over 65k. He said I would not send my Mother, Wife or Daughter across desert on those tires. I called Discount Tire in El Centro on Imperial, believe I spoke with Jesse 1st & told him my situation. I asked to order new tires so am safe (as a disabled older female) to drive home to Gold Canyon, AZ. I arrived & Dominic greeted & took my info, we went to look at tires and he did not see the cracking Kenny saw (& showed me) so he pulled in to put on rack to inspect. I complimented Adrian & everyone have spoken with throughout getting the replacement tires on site, switching my appt time several times, Jesse, Jonathan, Dominic & Adrian have been a pleasure to deal with. I'm confident they will take care of me. :-) JD came out & said to meet him outside & gave me layaway for the tires ordered for replacement. Went back inside asking for some paperwork showing they inspected tires & say they are fine. JD printed me a labor receipt.......nothing showing there was an inspection performed or results thereof. Not the expected level of service in the end. :-(
