We were traveling from San Diego to our home in Phoenix AZ when our car broke down about an hour east of San Diego. Our car was towed into Adams Repair in El Centro after hours on Tuesday night. They began looking at our vehicle first thing the next morning and had us back on the road by 9:30am! We appreciate their efficient, kind and honest repair work on our Honda Accord. I highly recommend Adams Repair if you need Auto Repair in the El Centro CA area.

I did 2 repairs here on two different vehicles. One was an obscure repair with an air conditioning actuator that most mechanics don't even know how to fix. These guys fixed my autos right up and with little trouble. They were honest told me exactly how much it was going to cost and delivered soon after. This is definitely the place to get your car fixed in the valley. Jose Cosio was the foreman when I went near the end of 2022.Service: Brakes

Jose is always cordial, upfront about the repairs and how long it'll take. Very good insight. This last visit the engine code stated it was the catalytic converter, however he suggested the fuel injection system be checked out as it could be the cause for the converter to malfunction. And it would be covered by the dealer. I took it in and it was just as he suggested.

Mngr-Jose is an EVIL cr??k! I took my pkup, w water leaking around water pump. Asked him to plz chk & confirm of leak. He said he didn't even look to see of where leak was, & just replaced water pump for $195! Saved old WP core for my Auto Zone warranty +refund. His mechanic confirmed that leak's above WP, & @ thermostat hsing, so WP was NOT leaking! They do NOT check problem's source, + will swindle you for $$! Truly, bad repair shop it is! At Pep Boys, they will chk problem source & 1st call you, to decide on repair! Most honest mechanics will also do this sincere kind human check. Adams'Shop mngr Jose is N?T sincere, nor honest to care for ppl, & only for $!! Jose now lost my business & I shall warn ppl to avoid him/Adams Shop! Besides Pep Boys, where is there, an honest, sincere, good mechanic @ ?.. ?
