Have previously told Management at this location about Manuel who works evenings, very rude, sarcastic, does not respect customers at all. Went to purchase power ball numbers 3 times and each time he tells you, "I dont gamble you shouldn't buy Lottery you wont win". Have witnessed him throw customers change at them he judges customers by their appearance as well. Ive tried the right thing by telling Management but they dont care enough to do anything. I offered my ID as required when purchasing a beer and he told me I look old and said "homeless" people always get mad. Mother fucker I served my country and wont stand for this boy downsizing customers. Management takes it as a joke Ill look who else to report them to. I discourage all Vets not to go to this store youll be looked down upon.

Employee in the evening is very cocky and rude. I caught him on video throwing a persons soda yo the floor. Throws my change at me when I go.Great store and great staff in the morning and afternoon. Dont go in the night or you'll see the arrogance of the employee that is working. I'd rather report him to the owner to first try to keep the peace.

This 7/11 is so sketchy. There are so many homeless people. Every time I pass by they are always blasting some creepy opera music and it’s giving horror movie vibes.

***BE AWARE of this greedy lady that works there!! ***My mom(early 60 yr old) went to this 711 on Adams on 7/28/22 around 9-10am to buy the Mega Million tickets. She states there was only one women as cashier that morning in the store who sold her the tickets.This women sold her 2 tickets for Mega Million next draw for "July 29th" and gave her 2 old ones for Daily 4 and Supperlotto Plus.

The store is reasonably clean and has all the bells and whistles. I am particularly fond of the classical music playing outside. I would like to request the addition of Symphony No. 9 in D minor by Beethoven to your playlist.
