Ana Dainty was very informative, friendly and professional. Her experience and knowledge shows. I had the most amazing experience today at zales. I purchased a ring back in 2014. I was unable to find the receipts and the staff.(Katherine and Shahad) Went above and beyond to look for my information which was buried years ago. They reached out to customer service and associates of the company and was able to locate my information. I am so grateful and I wish I could promote them. Once again, best customer service I have received in in years From your staff

I came into the store today to get my ring polished up and fixed and first 5 seconds of being in the store i was already being attended to by Jackie i think this is the best customer service I have ever had.
