My daughter and I went in to look for Winter Formal Dresses, not knowing what she wanted... Brandon quickly approached us and began having a conversation with her, trying to figure out what she wanted. Brandon was extremely helpful and an extreme delight to talk to as well. His energy and attention to detail are what this mother/ daughter appreciated... We will return because of him.

Windsor store was clean and all the employees were so sweet! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. There was a small line to get into a fitting room. I waited a total of 7mns to get into a fitting room. To me that's not bad of a wait considering they only had 3 fitting rooms. I personally feel their clothes are a little pricey, that's why I don't shop there too often. Overall, good experience!

I recently went in to buy both my daughters dresses. A homecoming and Bat mitzvah. We were especially happy with our service. Our sales person was Brandon he helped both my girls with dress choices. He knew from their ages what would be best for them. It was really nice to have customer service like that. It's been a really long time since I've been serviced that way, very personalized. Very happy with both our purchases. We have bought over 7 dress there in the last 2 years so i am always pleased with the quality and value with 2 young teenager I have to watch our spend with so many events.

The quality of the service at this location was phenomenal. My daughter needed a dress for Homecoming and Brandon not only graciously helped her find The Dress, but he found TWO dresses that she loved and my daughter was so happy. For shoes, I'm not sure if it was Elia or Jacey that helped but both were professional and knowledgeable about what my daughter needed to look amazing. We got the cutest shoes, shoe cushions, push up bra thingy and a sparkly necklace. Thank you so much for being amazing. Whoever manages this team should be very proud because they have it together. Thank you again!!!! We will be back!

This place is awful, it’s dirty, the customer service is awful and half of the things you purchase in this store are non refundable items but they are also really poorly made and fall apart at the blink of an eye. Go literally anywhere else..

Omg first off I want to start by saying that the layout of this Windsor compared to the one I used to go to is sooo much better. A lot cleaner as well. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Riley and Baneen. And I only remember their name because they spent so much time and attention in helping me style an outfit for the weekend. They were the cutest and so helpful! Safe to say this Windsor will be my new go to store!
