I didn't have an appointment with them but they took me in and made room for me
I had 2 belts replaced which cost $541.00 and change They were professionals
Now because I was in the hospitality field for years and dealt with high end clientele I notice the "small" things in customer service
For example when I dropped my vehicle off they DID NOT indicate to me thar had a courtesy car available to take me Home or ? I saw the vehicle outside and I had to ask them THAT should have made known to me at the desk
Also they could have asked me if I needed a ride the next day back to the shop which they didn't I had to call and request a ride
So their customer service was only average I was not wowed
We will see how my vehicle runs and go from there
I give them a 3/5

RESPONSE TO BRIAN: Your response to my concerns clearly show the type of people you are. Condescending and manipulative! I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience already. To make things clear I DO NOT have a GoFund Me so good try. I DID NOT ask for FREE services either thats delusional. My review isn’t the first nor last regarding how steep your prices are. Nowhere on my invoice does it state how many hours of labor it took to fix the issue somehow it came out to $700 for labor and $300 for parts. No breakdown whatsoever. Unprofessional Scammers Brian & Chris.
HORRIBLE experience with this company needs to be shared so others can be warned to STAY AWAY from corporations like this. From the first phone call 6/19 w/ Chris I was told $154 to diagnose the vehicle (busted radiator hose) .. hours later he calls back w/ the news (radiator hose replacement plus pressure block test then refill coolant) quoted me over the phone for $910.12! .. how the bill added up to a thousand dollars heck if I know. The phone call didn’t settle well with me since I had no physical or electronic quote to go off to understand the pricing. **note of advice they should always be given to customers as courtesy**
From a customers POV it seems as if ur just trying to take money from car owners when they’re already in a stressful situation!
Repairs are never cheap, especially thanks to companies like West Automotive who are in it for the money rather than understanding and assisting what their customers needs are.
KEN the SERVICE MANAGER who I will never forget due to his erratic condescending behavior towards me. When I tried to have him make sense of the total cost for me, he proceeded to smirk and scoff in my face. Stating “I don’t know what more to do for you to understand” Gee thanks Ken for the attitude as a service manager it’s your job to ensure your customers are informed properly. I left feeling as if my gender played a part in Ken’s frustrations.
I stated to both Chris and Ken I’m giving my last dollar to pay for my vehicle repairs and Ken simply responded back to me saying- “Shoot I’m broke too. I doubt I even have $1000 in my bank account so at least you have that.” Who says that! Especially a Service Manager! He continued on by guilting me by stating “My employees have to be paid so.” $711 in Labor is OUTRAGEOUS meanwhile the parts to repair cost $251. Not “Oh no I’m sorry let me see if I can help in any way with the bill”. NOTHING. Chris was nice enough to reduce $80+ in coolant down so thank you for doing that small part. ?
Ken simply had the card reader terminal in my face ready for payment which HE FAILED to tell me what my grand total even was! It wasn’t until after I had paid $500 in cash and $512 on my card that the total was over $1000 and I was only expecting to pay $910.12 per the estimate emailed to me by Ken on 6/19.
Come to find out this tricky business DOES NOT include the Diagnostic Fee in the repairs estimate! So my total suddenly went up to $1112… Another RED FLAG nowhere on the Invoice does it show how many hours of labor it took to remove and replace the radiator hose. Any other shop I have taken my vehicle to states on the estimate or In person how many hours it should take to repair the issue. Overall feeling scammed and cheated by this company that prides themselves on “We Never Put Money Ahead of People”. Not in my case!

Extremely pleased with the work done on my Camaro this week. Some repairs can almost require a bank loan these days. It’s very satisfying to know these technicians treat your vehicle as their own. Well done!

Beautiful shop, amazing service, and they even give you a ride home. Chris and Ken are the best. My extended warranty company was a nightmare, but these guys really stepped up to the plate. They diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted me fairly, and would have gotten everything done the same day, which would have been amazing, had it not been for my warranty company delaying every step of the process. They really deserve extra credit for all they did, and I am truly appreciative of their hard work and dedication.

I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum. The car is unable to read its computer at times when I apply the gas peddle and climb a hill. I like to visit my son in Tucson AZ so this is has halted until I get it fixed. I looked online and up popped this Business. I talked with Ken, customer service and was really impressed by his professionalism. He took the car the next day, drove it around town, freeways etc. but the car did not show its defect. We made a deal when the car acted up again I would return right then. I felt taken care of, really warm environment and trusting. I will be back. Thanks Ken ..

Can’t share much. Only got the vehicle back 4 hours ago and only drove it home. The people I worked with were great. Kept me informed of everything I needed to know. No problems driving home, everything seemed fine.
Ask me again in a week
