This branch is the WORST the girls are NOT trained they LACK experience and for some reason they seem to act like they are dressing for a runway model show.They screw up deposits. They don't know how to.do counter checks. The girl actually have me duplicate checks to where my RENT CHECK did not go through. I almost got a late fee!!! I had to go to another branch get MORE checks WITH MY NAME ON THEM THIS TIME because the girl didn't put both account holders on the checks. And I had to take UBER over and back home because I don't have a car.The manager Jaclyn acted liked it was MY fault! She said ooh nooo she would always verify the informative for them first.nooooo she didn't. So Jaclyn did NOT care. She said I'll escape this and have someone call you and hung up on meWORST BRANCH EVER!!!!!

I don't have an account with Wells Fargo, but I received a reimbursement check from my school issued by them. When I tried to cash it, Carla informed me about a $7.50 fee after processing it through her machine. This caught me off guard, especially since my check already had markings. I hope management ensures better training for transparency about fees before proceeding. It's about honesty and upfront communication rather than the amount.

Not bad service, but felt really uncomfortable i went to open up a credit account with the teller name CHRISTIAN (I AM NOT SURE IF I SPELLED IT RIGHT) . he started to hit up on me. Started to tell allot of stories about other girls on getting a credit card. Honestly I wouldn't recommend going here. You should have someone go under investigation. Plus he convices you to get a credit card without feeling pressure. He tells the complete opposite of what other tellers would suggest to you.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I am 100% closing my account. The lady was rude and condescending. Rude, rude, rude. Do not bank here. I went in for a bogus overdraft that she couldn’t really explain because there was money in there!!

Useless. Anything outside of a typical banking transaction (which you can just do on the app), don’t bother because they can’t help, including the bank manager. They smile when they tell you they can’t help you, but the result is the same.

This was the first time I have ever been to this location and I was extremely impressed with how clean the store was and how friendly the staff was! I believe the employees name was Isra, but she deserves recognition for treating the customers so wonderful!

I got there like 6:30 and the bank was closed. A Person was sitting inside. He stood and said we are closed, and signaling in his hand in a rude way. He kept repeating we're closed. If you're closed, I don't need your services but you don't have to treat me like a homeless because maybe I have money more than your all family. This was my first time to this bank and it will be the last.

This branch with these new bankers are so bad that after 20 yrs of having all our businesses with Wells Fargo at this branch I was/am considering closing up and moving to a new bank completely. A new manager moved in and everything changed....big fish in a small pond !! I recommend the Grossmont branch if you want to the true Wells Fargo friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Wish I could give them negative stars.
