Worst bank in El Cajon by far. I would rate zero, but you can't. Always more than 10 people in line, never more than 2 tellers. Be prepared to wait once you get here.

I tried to check in multiple times at the last minute because I can't make it during the regular hours due to my work. However, evrytime I try to get in at 4:58pm, I see the door closed and the employees still inside!! So practically they lock the door before it 5:00 pm which is not professional!!!

I went to cash a check, and the manager insisted that I deposit a certain amount of money into my account, or else she wouldn't provide the service. I explained that the balance in my account was sufficient, and I didn't want to deposit any additional funds. She told me to go to another bank, even though I've been a customer at this bank since 2011. This is quite disappointing customer service.I had a disappointing experience at Wells Fargo bank on 2nd St., El Cajon city. The service was subpar, and it seems like they need a new manager who respects customers, has experience, and values people.

The staff is not very friendly. It takes a long time to be served. It does not have people who speak Spanish. They are Rasistas.

This Wells Fargo location, it been worst of the worst. I came to do wire transaction, they didn’t have a banker and the manager was busy to help. The teller helped me through my phone app but the transaction was returned. I lost 75$. When I went to the same location again on the same day, the manager told me that she is busy and her banker is busy too. This is the second bad experience in 1 week with two different locations. After 12 years of loyal customer. I am switching for sure.

I went yesterday to the branch on North second Street in El Cajon and was a lady working there her name is Carol She was angry for no reason never smile angry face she told me what do you want and I said I want my three Monthly statement she said you have to wait by all this line I told her I need just a statement I don’t wanna no cash or nothing about my banking she said I will give it to you when you get there all three months statement she make me to wait like an hour and when I get there with the bed angry face told me I will give you just one month statement when I ask why she said because I’m busy and make me late on my job and I left with no statement and that’s not the first time with the same lady everybody was there had a problem with her she look like she owns the Wells Fargo branch somebody from the Wells Fargo team have to teach her how to act with Wells Fargo customers, if you don’t like the job Carol just leave the job somebody else will have it and will do it better than you go find another job

One of the worst Wellsfargo Branch ever. The tellers and all the employees are super rude. Whenever you go there’s a huge line. The manger is so rude too.

Very short of counter agents. Line too long and only 1 person working. No one welcomes you as you walk inside, no one direct you when you needed to be. Not good experience at location.

This location is one of the most horrible and unprofessional locations i have ever encountered. I have been with wells fargo for more than 15 years and this location has made me think about switching banks. The bankers here are so rude and very unprofessional. You cannot ask even a single question because they get mad and give you a horrible attitude. There is never enough windows open and you have to expect to wait at the least an hour just to see someone. On top of all this, this location NEVER has money or quarters!!! How is that possible?? How does a bank not have money???! Just horrible horrible all around. Please save yourself the trouble DO NOT come to this branch!
