If you need banking needs I wouldn't go to this location, has been the second time I've left after 20 minutes of not being helped or even updated for when I'm going to be helped. Pretty pathetic when every banker is available as well. For such a big name definitely doesn't portray it here at this location

This branch has really shined through and made amends for past transgressions, such as longer wait times and lack of donuts in the lobby. Now you can zip right through the line, and they take care of you with a pleasant smile and eyes that are friendly and genuine. That's not easy to find in the high stakes world of international banking and intrigue. But WF has found a way to harness the true spirit of customer service, and they deliver it to everyone that enters this store, assisting with transactions concerning their hard-earned dollars. If you need a few rolls of quarters for the laundry machine, just ask one of the tellers, and they will supply you with a few rolls to make your afternoon a success. It's that simple! A special shout out to the teller at the 3rd booth, Charlotte or Candice (I can't remember the name after meeting so many people!). THANK YOU!

NO I can give even a single I was so disappointed with this branch Last Oct 6, I request a cash back for a check I deposit. the money was put in the envelop i have immediately and forgot to count. when I got home it was short of $100 because it was 6pm of Friday and bank was close I just call their hotline thinking that teller might be not balance, to refund my $100. Wellsfargo credit $100 immediately hoping that they will locate the mistake but to no avail now, they said the investigation was done and my claim is no error on their side. As I check the reviews about this BRANCH this branch is really very incompetent. Honestly, I been a loyal Wellsfargo client and this the first time I encounter this. Although my mistake that I never recount the money. Anyway, I will never go to this branch again. I hope wellfargo will change the employees to this branch or the manager. like other said even that line is long, you will see other employee talking only

Sooo slow! 20 min just to deposit money and I had to leave and go to another branch. Plus they don't have a business wait line... Where is the manager at this bank?? Employees seem to take all the time in the world...

This branch is habitually understaffed! It is located next door to a mall and is always busy. Poorly managed, as the always 20 people in line are always complaining. HIRE MORE TELLERS!

If you can avoid this location...DO SO. Maybe it's a hiring shortage but my goodness. They never have enough employees to work this location. Line full of people 2 bank tellers 1 seated banker.... and 1 dude half helping the people in line. When there is that many people in your bank. The line should be important.

Well, here we are again. A year and absolutely no improvement with this branch. Lines are still unreasonably long (worse than the dmv, surprisingly they have there act together) and no signs of adapting to the situation which we are all aware of. I won't name the other bank, but they have addressed there issues with the complexity of the world we live in. No, it is not a small credit union or local branch but a nationwide bank. Wells Fargo has dropped the ball and no attention to customer service. Responding to this review as I "feel" your pain or I "understand" is both insulting and weak. Also, I don't need to talk to anyone in HR or whatever public relations department is attempting to offer some impersonal response. Simple. Fix the problem! A corporation this large should have no problem addressing the issue of long lines for tellers and bankers. No excuses. Only action will solve this unprofessional way of doing business. I only hope someone in a position to make some decisions (not some representative) hears not just my anguish but to the rest of us. Luckily most of my business is now at another branch. There is little left at this branch but even so, waiting for 45-60 minutes is unexuseable and shows no compassion or positive motivation to it's customers. Shame on Wells Fargo...shame...

Never, never waited in a line this long inside a Wells Fargo. Absolutely ridiculous. If you know this place has long lines, allocate more tellers. How are you gonna have 2 tellers with this line?! And then have other bankers jist sitting at their desk that can't help?! The line only moved at a decent pace because people gave up and walked out. Insane.

All of these negative reviews if you frequent this location than you know that there is usually a wait what do you expect when you are going to the bank in a mall parking lot. I think some of these reviews are a little ridiculous if you don't want to wait then go to another location. When half of the transactions that you are doing can be done on a mobile app or at the ATM and you choose to stand in the line sounds like a personal problem.
